Our colourful, cosy home offers two double bedrooms, both with ample storage space. There is also a third room that can be used as either additional storage or a home working space.
The first floor features a modern family bathroom, recently re-fitted with a three-piece suite and a luxury shower.

To the rear of the property, there is a private enclosed garden available for your use at any time. It’s a lovely spot to relax, and we’ve often enjoyed spending time there ourselves—whether soaking up the afternoon sun or having a quiet morning coffee!

🚗 PARKING
There is no parking with the property, but on-street parking can be found nearby for which we can offer permits on request!

Southville is a bright and attractive area of Bristol, offering a great mix of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, and local shops, all within easy walking distance. Just a short stroll from Bristol Harbourside, Wapping Wharf and close to the city centre, Southville is a convenient and lively base for exploring everything Bristol has to offer!
