Esta magnífica casa de 2940 pies cuadrados se encuentra en un prestigioso vecindario junto al lago. Hermoso y lujoso, ofrece una gran sala de estar de concepto abierto con una terraza acristalada climatizada contigua de 400 pies cuadrados con una pared interior de vidrio con bolsillos diseñada para llevar el aire libre adentro y afuera. El exterior de la terraza acristalada está construida con puertas de vidrio que se pueden abrir y apilar para facilitar un porche al aire libre. La terraza acristalada está cómodamente amueblada con un sofá de cuero y una gran mesa y sillas de comedor al aire libre. También tiene un televisor de pantalla grande montado en la pared y lujosos ventiladores de techo. 2 patios al aire libre flanquean la terraza acristalada a ambos lados. Un patio tiene una hoguera de gas que está rodeada de cómodas sillas al aire libre. El otro patio tiene una estación de parrilla cubierta (parrilla de carbón) y una mesa y sillas al aire libre. Las sillas de gravedad cero están disponibles para tomar el sol.

Absolutely the best VRBO our family has ever experienced. Our dispersed family gathered here for Christmas and it was amazing. From the owner provided Christmas tree to the beautiful home, every detail was amazing. A wonderful enclosed patio with pocket sliding glass doors led into a beautiful and well appointed living area/kitchen with ample room for our family of 14. 4 bedrooms/3 baths were more than adequate for the 9 overnight guests. A private back yard with a swingset was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. Thank you to our host for sharing this lovely home with us.

My extended family and I recently traveled from various parts of the country to FL for my nephew's wedding, and this spacious home was a perfect fit for our needs. The layout afforded each individual group of people their own rooms and bathrooms for privacy and quiet time, with lovely shared space as well. The long weekend was incredibly busy with wedding-related obligations, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the home, but it was exactly what we needed for this stay. Comfortable beds, lovely decor (including updated decorations for the holidays, which was a very nice touch and made the home feel even more welcoming), quiet neighborhood. Very clear and helpful communication from the owner leading up to and throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again whenever we travel back to the area to visit our Florida-based family!

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for us to all hang out together and we all had our privacy at night. The kids especially loved the pool table and playing card games. We spent almost all of our time at the house in the beautiful sunroom. It was a nicely equipped kitchen for having some meals at home.

Excellent location to be near friends and NAS Jax for our brother/son/uncle’s Navy Retirement ceremony. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for our core family staying together. Nice, quiet neighborhood. A tiny peek of the lake from the front yard between homes. Our family actually loved playing pool together, so that was an added bonus! Would definitely stay again!

College Graduation Trip

We were in town for my son's graduation. As such, we were looking for a place that could accommodate three families coming together so celebrate his achievement. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample sleeping quarters and the game room with the pool table and the sun room allowed everyone to spread out, but still remain connected to the happenings taking place in the living room and kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located which made shopping for meal prep (BBQ the second night in town and breakfast the morning of checkout) easy. We loved the property and would definitely book again.

Great Family Location

This was a great place for us to stay and spend time with family in the Jacksonville area. Plenty of space - indoors and outdoors - for everyone to feel comfortable and part of the party without being on top of one another! We have multiple generations together and we loved our time here. Would definitely book this VRBO again. Only downfalls of this location is that there are ready available beds for 12 people based on standard beds, but anyone over 2 people requires that you pay a per day rate to have them in the house. If you have places for 12 people in standard beds in the home, it's odd that you charge for anymore than 2 people - not a standard practice for the other VRBO's we've used. Additionally, instructions upon booking were that anytime we left the house we had to turn the thermostat to 77. It was a warmer week with mid-levels of humidity and coming home to a house that had been locked up for hours at 77 degrees was not comfortable, it was very stuffy. I can't imagine coming back to the house in 90 temps and high humidity. Just know that this is one of their policies. Doable, but again, not anything I've run across before. Overall, a great place to stay and very inviting with very communicative hosts connected to coming and leaving.

Beautiful home, wonderful host

This house did not disappoint! Nice big bedrooms with comfy beds and the glass patio room was just beautiful. The property is clean and very well maintained and our host was very fast to respond. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and safe! We were in town to attend a wedding and I recommended this property to other wedding guests who were looking for a place to stay for future visits. You can not go wrong choosing the beautiful home for your stay!

Early Thanksgiving

Didn't realize until once we arrived. We had rented the property before nice location. But we found it the same as before, really needed a hard cleaning (cockroaches reported) The furniture was the same old poorly functioning as earlier. Overall, nice location, but really needs to update the furniture and a heavy cleaning. We would not book the property again and appreciate property management requirements to protect against bad guests some additional comments. 1st it is not a gated community and overboard requirements on who is staying or visiting (Name, car license information). A simple review of our previous bookings should serve as to validate whether we are abiding guests.

Thanksgiving and Wedding Weekend

Was in town for the Thanksgiving and a family wedding, stayed at the house with our immediate family. The house was perfect with plenty of room and space. Really enjoyed the large sun room that is an extension of the large living space. Owner was very reponsive. I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again.

Great place for a football game

Came here with my brother, father, and a couple friends to watch the Packers take on the Jags.. This was the perfect spot for us as it was spacious had enough bathrooms and showers and it didn't take long to get to the neighborhoods in the city with the dining. The place was clean, had a pool table that we enjoyed and plenty of TVs for College and NFL football watching. Great for a boys weekend. Could also see my extended family staying here in the future with my kids as we were only 20 munites from downtown and 40 minutes to Jacksonville beach and St Augestine. We were able to visit all these places in one weekend. You would just need to rent a car.

Beautiful Home

Wow what a beautiful home. We enjoyed playing pool in the front room and cards within the back porch area. Everything was very nice and we enjoyed being in the center of the things we needed to do. I would recommend staying here - great for a family.
