Welcome to the Retreat on Rollins. Located in the Lakewood/San Marco area, this completely renovated pool house is a place to relax, unplug, and experience. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (Sleeps up to 10), game room with tons of adult and children games, portable Poker and Beer Pong table for family fun, and dedicated office space. The private backyard has a heated pool, turfed lounge area, gas grill, and outdoor games. Celebrating something special? THE SPACE

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, Guest room 1 offers a queen sized bed, and Guest room 2 offers two twin beds with trundles under each. The game room has a couch that can sleep one adult or two children.

Extendable dinning table that can sit up to 10 people. We also have an extra foldable Kids table with foldable chairs located inside the laundry room area, it can be used for meal time, to play games or as needed, it can also be taken outside.

Smart TVS in Game room, Family room, Master bedroom and we added one to each guest bedroom. The living room tv will include a Mars box that allows you to watch live tv and tons of free movies.

Washer, Dryer, & Iron available in Laundry.

Baby Care:
If you are in need of a pack and play, high chair, portable baby bathtub or car seat, baby monitor, they can be available to you at not extra cost, just let us know and we will leave them at the premises for your stay.
