Discover our Douro River Apartment, a spacious apartment on the 10th floor of the Concórdia building, located on the banks of the Douro River. It offers a stunning view of the tranquil watercourse, framed by the beautiful scenery of the lovely city of Porto. Situated in a private condominium with a permanent doorman, this space provides security, excellence, and comfort. It will be the perfect apartment for your family holiday, with friends, on a business trip, or for a weekend getaway in the Invicta city.
The Space:
It has the harmonious configuration of a spacious social area with a dining table, work desk, sofa, chaise lounge, and other support elements; the kitchen is fully equipped with the best utensils. The sleeping area is organized with two en-suite bedrooms, one room with two beds, and a bathroom. The apartment is provided with all the necessary amenities for the comfort of your stay.
The condominium offers an outdoor pool, basketball and football courts, numerous green areas, and a private dock for those who enjoy navigating the Douro or the Atlantic waters. The garage-box easily accommodates two large cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and additional items.
For your convenience, the apartment has central heating radiators, a dishwasher, a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.

The guest has access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located on the banks of the Douro River, next to the Freixo Marina, this apartment offers the privilege of organizing river and maritime activities. The building also has direct access to the riverside walkway, a perfect spot for walking, running, cycling, or other sports and leisure activities. A 45-minute walk will take you to Ribeira and Porto’s city center, or if you head in the opposite direction toward Gramido, you will find leisure parks, riverside terraces, and a lush green setting ideal for relaxing by the river.
Situated 3.5 km from Porto’s city center, 1 km from Campanhã railway station, and just a few meters from the city's inner ring road access, this is an excellent choice.

You may request our transfer service whenever necessary (price upon request).
You also have access to a wide public transportation network.
Other Things to Note:
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities cap (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If consumption exceeds this amount, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.
The tenant is required to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service to take you directly to the apartment—just request it (price upon consultation).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (price upon consultation).
