Mi lugar está cerca de excelentes vistas y atracciones. Te encantará mi lugar por el ambiente cálido y relajante. Es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios y familias (con niños). Durante el invierno es ideal para los esquiadores de nieve a pocos minutos de las pistas de pico de pico n, o para los golfistas. Disfrute de la hermosa vista del lago desde la gran terraza, o disfrutar del lago desde su propio muelle privado. Ciudad cercana 1/4 milla.

Lovely view

This comfortable house was perfect for our one night getaway. The peacefulness of the neighborhood and amazing lake view were great. Very roomy and well appointed.

Great space for the whole family

We visited during the winter. The quick access to both Pk-n-Pk (skiing) and Erie (shopping/food/entertainment) is a wonderful location for us. We were a family of 5 plus grandparents. This place had space for everyone. Not only plenty of bedrooms/beds, but there are 3 separate “hang out” spaces for whatever people want to do. It was great that the boys could watch football and not bother the rest of us. We even turned one of the areas into an impromptu space for “family yoga” one morning! The kitchen has all the cookware you need (we always cook as much as we can) and plenty of space for 2 cooks. Even with snow outside, it was warm and cozy inside for everyone. There is also a 2 car garage that is actually useable (We had a minivan and Jeep Liberty that weekend), super helpful for the cold snowy weather! There are televisions and board games and games and plenty of seating. I’m not sure what else people want to know, but we will be looking for stay here every time we come to the area!

The pictures on the listing donnotndonthis place justice! It is beautiful and huge! Lots of places to sleep and a amazing view of the sunsets on the lake. Cannot wait to go back!

Fishing weekend

Large home, well equipped and in a great location. Plenty of room for 13 of us. Findley Lake is a great small town, very historic with plenty to do in the area.

Beautiful lake house

We had a wonderful stay on Findley Lake. Check in was easy. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner is kind and gave us great tips for excursions. Overall wonderful stay.

Great for family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 7 adults and 5 kids with TONS of room. Location is awesome with really great shopping and food within walking distance. 30 mins to Presque isle state park and 1.5 hours to Niagara Falls for great day trips. Clean, easy access, and super responsive host. Definitely would recommend and will be back! THANK YOU!

Better than expected in most areas!

The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was bigger than expected, very clean, beautiful, spacious, and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our group of 12. The pictures do not do it justice. There are so many nice amenities and activities for our group, which ranged in ages from 5-65. The very large wrap around deck had the best views and we enjoyed the extensive outdoor seating, fire pit, kayaks, rafts, and games. The owner was very attentive to all our questions and very nice. The area is beautiful! Although the house surpassed our expectations, the private dock on the lake could use some updating. One concern for our group was that it can be difficult to navigate, because the hill is steep leading to the stairs. This was hard for the older persons in our group. Also, several of the screws were sticking out of the deck, making us nervous with the kiddos.

Needs some TLC

The location of this property is great.. gorgeous unobstructed views of the Lake from a wrap around deck. So nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer! Lots of outdoor seating.. table with umbrella and chairs as well. Very bright from upstairs living area. Dehumidifier running constantly in the basement but obviously a necessary item for any dark, musty basement. My issues are as follows: Needs to be steps from the driveway to the front deck.. tough climbing up the grassy hill There are actually 3 bedrooms.. there are indeed 2 rooms in the basement with beds in them but no windows/ no closet.. NOT a bedroom! Mattresses have a lot to be desired. Front door threshold rotted out and storm door frame broken! We actually never used that access to the house our entire stay. Yes, there is a private dock across the street... needs much work.. very wobbly TOO much personal “ stuff” left in the fridge/ freezer , cupboards and on the pantry table( Christmas decorations.. lots of unnecessary odds and ends) I know this review is not the best but my honest findings of this property! I have stayed at many VRBO homes throughout the years.. this one needs to step it up a bit Overall we had a great time on the Lake with family and friends!

Great family ski stop

This is the 3rd year in a row our two families (4 adults & 6 kids) have stayed here for our family ski trip. Place is spacious even for 10 people. Very clean and inviting for families. Owner James is very curious and helpful. Super close to Peek n' Peak for great family fun.

This is our second stay at the house. Two families, 6 kids, 4 adults. Spacious even for 10. Very clean. Great location. If you are looking for a great place to stay near Peek n' Peak, this is the place!!!

Perfect Ski Trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Findley Lake. We were there for a ski weekend and the house did not disappoint. It is only a few minutes to PNP and an hour from Holiday Valley. The house is much bigger than it appears in photos and there was plenty of room for our group of 15. Luckily, we had tons of snow and the Owner made sure the drive was plowed so we could get in and out. The attached garage made it very easy to load & unload. The Owner is very nice and we would definitely rent from him again!
