Disappointing and Misleading ExperienceOur stay was extremely disappointing. The listing described a “modern luxury apartment,” but the reality was far from it. The neighborhood felt unsafe—especially for our group of seven women traveling from the U.S.—and was not as advertised.The apartment was filthy: mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, and dirty bed sheets. It was not disclosed that this was a self-catering unit, so we had to purchase our own toilet paper and other basics, which is not what you expect when booking internationally.The listing promised coffee and milk, but there was no coffee, and the milk in the fridge was already opened. There was also no mention of a loud train running all night right beside the house, which made it nearly impossible to sleep.While it claimed to be just 20 miles from the airport, it took over 3.5 hours and cost us 250 (300) to get there due to its remote location and lack of accessible transport options.This property was completely misrepresented. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made and the listing is updated honestly.

Property was clean and safe, with a reasonable walking distance to local amenities and train station. The space was great and we felt welcome with the addition of some coffee, tea and milk. Also two big bottles of water in the fridge was a nice touch. The towels provided smelled amazing and the shower provisions were also gratefully received! Quiet, easy to check in and the host was extremely helpful and thorough which was fantastic. Thanks!

The location was quite a walk from the subway. Getting into the property was confusing but finally a neighbour directed us. I don’t think the rug had been vacuumed before we got there as there were things under the bed in the living room and a coin by the window. The towels were not clean, black marks on them. Shortage of amenities such as coffee (2 servings only) and toilet paper. There were 4 of us staying there for four nights! Beds were pretty comfy and washing machine worked. For what we paid it wasn’t as nice as others on our trip. Location was quite noisy outside as in a Main Street and the train right behind it. Lots of space with three bedrooms upstairs.

The size of the apartment was nice and it fit my family of 7 well. The owner offered a helpful video of where the apartment door was, but I wish he was more specific about how the satellite navigation wouldn't bring you to the correct door. The listing also did not list that parking was not provided and not free elsewhere. My husband had to find a free space over night blocks away and then move the car by 8:30 am. And during the day, pay for the leisure center car park across the road. It would've been nice to stay in the apartment number's allotted space. The parking situation needs to be detailed in future. The only other major downside was the cleanliness of the apartment. Every surface was dusty and the bathrooms were very scummy. The shower curtain was completely red and orange, full of mould. The bathrooms are the #1 thing that need to be spotless in any accomodation. Nobody wants to be among the last tenant's germs and hairs. The owner was responsive and helpful every time I needed information, but I asked for other linens, which weren't provided. There were no spare towels or blankets. There were two spare pillows in an ottoman, but no pillowcases. The apartment also has no AC, and the owner should've provided electric fans for comfort. It was a good spot in town, and spacious, but perhaps the owner needs a new cleaning company.

This apartment was exactly how it looks in the picture. Modern amenities. The place was neat and clean and was at a good location. The train station and bus station was near by. Great apartment if you have a party up to 7 people. If you want to be close to the city and not pay city prices I would definitely recommend this apartment. The owner sent clear instructions on the day of check in to gain access to the place and the process was easy. The only thing is that there is no elevator so you will have to climb 2 fleet of stairs to get to the apartment.

Good value

Good value. The only negative, a big one, was that there was no air conditioning in hot hot weather and the location is on a busy road so we listened to trucks and trains and sirens all night in hot rooms. So a great place for probably 334 days a year.

The property was clean but the pans, the Kettle were very dirty, and the beds are not in good condition. The landlords were very responsive which we appreciate.

Nice place to stay

Lovely place to stay and great communication from the owner. Area seems a little questionable but honestly we had no issue and everyone seemed to be nice. Property was very nice but wasn't very clean and there was a shortage of cutlery and basics for 6 people. Lounge was combined with a bedroom which was not ideal but not horrible. No TV and the beds were a little hard. Towels were old and lacked extra blankets if required. I don't like complaining about peoples places but hopefully take this on board for future guests. Overall a nice place just a few things need attention other than that thankyou.
