➞ The space offers a comfortable living area, which is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofas, watching your favourite shows on the extra large television, or enjoying a meal on the handy dining table.

➞ The entire home is yours to enjoy. You won`t be sharing with any other guests.
- Access to the flat is via a shared entrance with one other flat. My flat is on 1st floor and guests will have the entire flat to themselves.
- The rooftop space outside the 1st floor bedroom is not accessible owing to legal and health and safety restrictions. The door must be kept shut and locked at all times.

Westfield Shepherd`s Bush, one of Europe`s largest indoor shopping havens, is literally next door, a 5 minutes walk away from the flat. Shop to your heart`s delight across the widest range of shops, eat to your fill from the eclectic mix of cuisines on offer, and entertain your party with the array of venues awaiting your visitation.

There are numerous restaurants within a 2 - 15 minute walk on Uxbridge
Road, and in Westfield offering a cross section of world cuisines such as:
1. For breakfast/brunch: Proud Mary`s Oaklands Grove
2. Pubs: The Queen Adelaide and Pocket Watch at the top of the street on
Uxbridge Road. The Queen Adelaide serves nice food
3. The defectors Weld on Uxbridge Road

*No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
Please look after my lovely flat as if it is your own as I have designed it with a lot of care and attention.
Please be considerate in the late evening as this is a residential area and I live on the ground floor. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. If you require check in/out outside standard times please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you subject to other guest checkin/out.
No parties will be tolerated.
