This apartment is located in a building in the parish of São Martinho, on the 7th floor. It features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a bedroom with a double bed, both with access to the balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, a pantry, and a well-equipped kitchen with a laundry area. The building offers a children's playground, a shared swimming pool, and private parking (floor -1, nº 119). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

AREA
Situated in the Ajuda area, the apartment is close to Praia Formosa beach and Fórum Madeira shopping center. The location is popular with tourists, offering easy access to cafes, restaurants, and several attractions within a 15-minute walk, including Praia Formosa, a promenade, gardens, Lido beaches, Doca do Cavacas Natural Pools, and Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex. The center of Funchal is about a 45-minute walk away.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
