Un apartamento espacioso y tranquilo con una gran vista sobre el océano. Hermosas vistas del atardecer y de la playa desde el balcón, donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar del buen clima de la isla de Madeira. Situado en Playa de Formosa, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones de ensueño. Con un gran salón-comedor, dos dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño, el apartamento tiene capacidad para 2 o 4 personas.

Este es un espacioso y confortable apartamento de tres dormitorios con una gran vista sobre el Océano Atlántico al sur-este. Con un amplio balcón, el apartamento ha sido diseñado para aprovechar al máximo la luz del sol y las vistas al mar.

Desde el balcón se puede ver hermosas puestas de sol, mientras disfruta de una bebida o una comida. También podrá relajarse y tomar el sol en las tumbonas en el balcón privado.

Desde el salón moderno y espacioso que tiene grandes ventanas de cristal para acceder a la terraza, donde podrá disfrutar de una gran vista al océano. El tener el desayuno en el balcón, o la cena, mientras que disfrutar de una hermosa puesta de sol, puede ser una experiencia inolvidable.

La zona de cocina bien equipada, lo que lleva a la cena y el salón, le da la oportunidad de relajarse y contemplar las vistas al mar, mientras que la preparación de sus comidas.

El dormitorio principal con baño en suite es ideal para una pareja de privacidad. Pero si usted es de cuatro personas que se quedan hay un baño social con ducha también.

week in Madeira

We had a lovely week staying in this apartment. It was lovely to be so close to the ocean with the sound of the waves. We liked the location as we could either walk into Funchal or walk to Camera de Lobos.

Ideal place for family reunion

My husband and I came from America and met up with my brother and his wife who came from the UK. We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed the location ... watching sunsets from the balcony, hearing the sound of the waves as we fell asleep and the proximity to the pool and sea was fantastic! The walking path was an amazing asset.

Fantastic view from the large balcony!

I stayed at the beautiful sea front apartment with my daughter and it exceeded all of our expectations. Nyara was wonderful and quick to answer all of our questions. She arranged for our rides to and from the airport and recommended the best Jeep tour on the island. I would gladly stay here again.

Location with great sea view

A great big appartment directly on the sea and with pool for shared use. Very helpful and always available host. Everything as agreed and offered was complied with.

Quiet,clean at Formosa Beach

Very clean property in an extremely quiet apartment block. 2nd bedroom very small and dark but teenagers slept ok. Nyara was always available by phone to give advice. Many nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Easy bus access to Funchal. Flat promenade out the front of property. Beach very rocky, getting in and out of the water is difficult. I gave 4 stars for online listing as not all reviews shown are actually for this property.

Communication with Nyara was amazing from the very start of the booking process, she booked us a taxi from the airport, gave us loads of information about Maderia and was on hand for any questions we had. Check in was very easy the instructions given us were clear. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for your stay, it is large and spacious, 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen, a lovely big balcony which overlooks the pool and the sea, It doesn’t have air conditioning but the fans do the job just as well. There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance and some a little further if you like a walk. Little beautiful coves to discover, boat trips CR7 museum and the toboggan run great fun, taxi to Funchal is about 10 euros and has lots to offer. Nyara also stored our luggage as our flight didn’t leave till the evening she also,arranged our return taxi to the airport. This apartment is perfect for a stay in Maderia and I would definitely recommend it.

Absolut traumhaft!

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön gelegen: direkt am Meer an der wunderschönen Promenade auf der man entweder nach Funchal, Camara do Lobos oder in das Shoppingcenter forum madeira laufen kann. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit- auch Dank der fürsorglichen Vermieterin Auch .Ac

Appartement 105 im 1. Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Appartement 105 im 1. Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Positiv war, das sich Nyara sehr um die Belange der Gäste gekümmert hat. Sie bat sogar von sich an, länger im Appartement zu bleiben, da unser Flug erst spät nachmittags ging. Die Aussicht auf das Meer/Sonne und der Balkon waren schön. Das Appartement bedarf einer umgehenden Renovierung! In den Rattan Möbeln im Schlaf-und Wohnzimmer hat sich der Holzbock oder ähnlich eingenistet! Wenn man die WC-Spülung im kleinen Bad betätigt läuft das Wasser unten aus dem WC auf den Boden. Die Dusche ist extrem klein und die Scheiben lösen sich schon. Die alte Badewanne ist mit weißer Wannenfarbe angemalt. In der Küche ist viel zu wenig Besteck. Das Geschirrspülmittel war mit Wasser verdünnt und es gab nur eine Mülltüte. Die Parkplatzsituation war eine Katastrophe, wenn man zu spät kam musste man sonst wo parken. Im Großen und Ganzen machte das Appartement einen recht runtergekommenen Eindruck. Wir würden dort nichts mehr buchen.

Perfekt!

Das Apartment in der 1. Etage ist perfekt gelegen. Nur der Pool trennt das Gebäude vom Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Highlight ist der sehr große, gemütlich eingerichtete Balkon, auf dem man dem Meeresrauschen bei einem guten Wein, welcher zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank wartete, lauschen kann. Der Blick auf das Meer, das Cabo Girao und die Sonnenuntergänge ist fantastisch. Fußläufig sind gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu finden. Die Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangsort, um die Insel zu erkunden und sich nach einem herrlichen Ausflug wieder wie zuhause zu fühlen. Die Gastgeberin Nyara ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilft schnell, gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen und Tipps. Sie ist immer für Fragen ansprechbar, auch vor der Reise. Ihr Partner Miguel bietet tolle Jeeptouren an, die wir unbedingt empfehlen! Wir können die Gastgeberin und das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Magnifique appartement

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans ce super appartement, très spacieux et idéalement situé, plage et piscine en bas de l'appartement. Nous avons assisté à des couchers de soleil fabuleux!!! Je recommande sans problème cet appartement avec un accueil chaleureux.

Super séjour !

Très bel appartement, tout à fait conforme aux photos. 3 grandes chambres et une belle pièce de vie. Résidence très calme, avec pour seul bruit de fond les vagues. A 5-10 mn à pied, commerces et restaurants. Petit restaurant typiquement portugais très sympa juste à droite à la sortie de la résidence où l'on a très bien mangé. Accueil très sympa du gestionnaire de l'appartement avec beaucoup d'infos sur Madère, les visites,... Appartement très propre. Le dernier jour, possibilité de laisser nos bagages à la réception. Il manquerait peut-être un lave vaisselle...utile avec les enfants. Nous reviendrons sans problèmes.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce bel appartement ,spacieux ,propre ,tout confort ,située sur la plage de galets de Fromosa,La vue sur l' océan est magnifique ,les baignades dans l océan sans probléme ,la piscine ,et le jardin sont bien entretenus.C' est un bel endroit pour se reposer,pas de bruits (sauf les vagues ) ,se baigner ,et partir faire des balades dans cette ile aux paysages grandioses,les jardins de Funchal sont magnifiques.La propriétaire,Nadia ,est sympathique,disponible et de bons conseils.Je recommande fortement cet appartement pour séjourner à Madere Martine R

Magnifique lieu de villégiature

Sur la plus grande plage de Funchal l'appartement est idéalement situé en retrait de la concentration des hôtels de Funchal.La plage est en bas de l'appartement et les services (commerces et transport ) sont à 15 mn.L'appartement est spacieux et confortable et bénéficie d'un éclairage et d'une vue grandiose sur la mer .Le coucher de soleil sur le Cabo Girao est magnifique .La vaste terrasse encourage la contemplation .L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et disponible pour renseigner sur les visites de l'île .Une bonne adresse .

Good apartment, nice location, beautiful views

We liked our stay in the apartment a lot. First of all, it is fully matches with the description on site. It is clean and all the furniture and equipment was as per description and working well. We were pleasantly surprised by location of the apartment - it is located on west of the Funchal center and airport, quite distant from crowded places and still close to shops, restaurants. From the balcony we had beautiful view on Camara de Lobos, on the other hand we had a view on the pedestrian tunnel which is one of the sights of Funchal. The beach could be accessed directly from the apartment, the closest beach was pebbly, but in 7-8 minutes walking there is sandy beach also. The swimming pool in the apartment complex is also nice. Special thanks to manager of the apartment, she was very friendly, ready to help and advise for any of our question. For sure, we would recommend the property if you are looking for quite and lovely place on Madeira!

A well presented 3 bedroom beach front apartment.

We had 11 nights in this lovely 3 bedroom apartment, situated on the Praia Formosa with access to a shared pool, and direct access to the beach front. The apartment was clean, tidy and offered clean linen and towels, with a well equipped kitchen. There was more than ample space for our family of 4 (including two teenaged boys). The facilities in the complex (Atlantic Gardens) were pretty basic, but the pool was clean and well maintained, and there was never any problem finding sunbeds for those relaxing days. The beach is basalt pebbles, but that was not a problem for us, and the sea swimming was lovely. The property manager was attentive and extremely informative and we always felt well supported during our time in Madeira. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely use again if and when we return to Madeira.

perfect holiday at perfect apartments

The apartment was wonderfull, ocean view, well equiped kitchen, the best thing were balcony and terrace (like a second floor of the balcony). We took loungers on the terrace and were taking sun baths. 2 bathrooms are really a privilage and everything was perfect. We really thank the owners for giving us the best holiday ever

Fantastic ocean view

The apartment is nice and if you ask the nice woman where to go on Madeira - she will give you the best tips of beaches, eating places, viewpoint and other places. We have done them all and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is situated just 5 minutes drive from a very nice shopping center, where you can buy everything. It has an amazing view of the ocean. You cannot get tired of sitting on the balcony and sipping it in. If your kids are smaller than 5 years, you will probably get nerves from the balcony and the potential of them climbing up! Just to know! We will be back here some day!

Apartment overlooking the sea

For us the location was perfect. We wanted a gorgeous sea view, not too far from shops and restaurants, but also somewhere peaceful where we could relax and feel at home, and this was exactly what we got. The apartment was clean and spacious for three adults with everything we needed, including swimming pool and direct access to the beach. Nyara, the owner, was warm and friendly, welcoming us with a bottle of Maderian wine. She made our short break run smoothly, organising a taxi to pick us up and giving us helpful tips about where to go and what to do. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Maderia for the first time to stay here, and we may well be back next year for a bit of sun before the dark English winter. Apartment Praia Formosa

We spent 10 days in the apartment that is situated on a 6 floor with a beautiful view on the ocean and great picture of sunset in the evenings. Apartment's location is very good, walksdistance to the shop and restaurants. Apartments size is quite enough for the family of 6 persons, it has all facilities we needed. Very big balcony from wich swimming pool can be seen. Its also possible to sweem in the ocean inforont of the building when waves are not too big. All in all this apartment it is perfect value for money. We can recommend this apartment as a nice place to stay for vacations. Also have to admit, that all people at the reception, apartment agant were very frindly and nice.

Atlantic Garden Apartment

We spent 10 days in Atlantic Garden apartment that was located on a 6 floor with the nice view to Atlatic ocean with a great sunset view in the evening. The size of the apartment is quite enough for 6 persons and it has all facilities. Swimming pool is in a good condition and can be in use for 24 hours. Location is good and easy to reach. can recommend it for a great family vacations!!! Our vocations went perfectly, we enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous Location

This is a very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location on the edge of Funchal. We found it spacious and equipped with most of the features required to have a relaxing holiday. The large terrace with extensive sea views is particularly impressive. The pool which can be seen from the terrace is only a short walk away. Above all a stay at this apartment it is excellent value for money. Whilst a car is useful it is not necessary as there are supermarkets and a wide range of excellent restaurants only a short distance away,
