Maximum capacity is 2 persons. Private parking is available on floor -1, space D. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property.

AREA
Situated in the historic municipality of Ribeira Brava, Madeira, the apartment is centrally located, close to pastry shops, restaurants, and a gym. The beach and promenade are about a 15-minute walk away, offering easy access to Tabua and neighboring cities via the nearby highway.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily guide you to the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
Support is available at all times, and an app is provided with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. Payment link provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

• Be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may have a smart sensor (Minut) monitoring noise, smoke, and temperature for safety. It does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

All guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to 7 nights).
