The house is spread over two floors. The top-floor apartment (attic) offers spectacular sea views, while the host lives on the lower floor. The main entrance to the house is shared, but once upstairs, guests can enjoy their stay undisturbed. The host is a discreet presence and fully respects guests' privacy, never entering the upstairs apartment during their stay. Assistance is available only if needed, and many guests have appreciated the reassurance of having a friendly local host nearby while still enjoying their privacy and independence.


The highlight of the house is the 200 sqm panoramic terrace that wraps around the entire upper floor. On the east side, there's a comfortable lounge area with 8-seat sofas and low tables – perfect for a romantic sunset aperitivo or al fresco dinner. On clear days, especially in winter, you can see Mount Etna and the Aeolian Islands with the naked eye.
