Location top notch

The location is very nice with the sea just round the corner. You need to walk 10 min to closest restaurang but that is OK. Nice clean house&pool.

A great place to relax.

Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The house is very clean, equipped with everything you need. Pool cleaned regularly. The building is located close to the sea with a wonderful view. We definitely recommend staying here.

The best Croatian experience

We loved our stay! We had 2 families travelling together from Canada. This place was perfect - quiet, beautiful, close to great beaches, and Milna (which is gorgeous little town). No complaints at at with the accommodations. Exactly as advertised. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay in a superb bay

The holiday home is very convenient, offering everything that is needed for a great family holiday. It is divided into two units which makes it a perfect option for two families. The pool is a nice bonus, especially for kids. What really makes the house special is the sheltered bay in which it is situated - with its calm waters, it is ideal for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. I would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a family holiday in a peaceful location.

Excellent villa on Brac

We thoroughly enjoyed this villa, the island, the food and the people. The villa is arranged in 2 apartments for convenience. Both are well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Great views of the nearby sea from the deck. The water is within meters of the villa and is perfect for swimming and sunning. The local towns of Milna and Bobovisca are exceptionally picturesque and have great restaurants. A definite must is the hike to the Pustinja Blaca monestary. Will definitely consider this villa and island on our next visit to Croatia

Fantastic holiday, great villa and great

My family with my brothers family spend a great holiday in Villa Milna. The house was furnished to a good standard, clean and very well maintained. The swimming pool was perfect for the children. The restaurants in the village had delicious food (lamb on island is excellent!) and were very cheap. We also bought fresh fish from local fishermen in the village. There is lots of things to see on the island so car hire is recommended. Also wonderful service from owner who answered all our questions. Highly recommended!

Happy Memories at Milna

We had a very relaxing time at the Villa which was perfectly suitable for two families because of the separation of the apartments. The children loved the pool and we all loved the sea. It was idyllic to swim in such clear water every day at the bottom of the lane. The walk into Milna took about 20 minutes so you need a car for the shop, which was the only inconvenience. There’s a great restaurant half way to town. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. Thank you Ivana for a holiday which gave us sweet memories.

Holiday June 2022

We had an excellent first holiday to Croatia in Ivana’s home. It is a wonderful location on the island of Brac with a manmade coastline at the end of the road very close to the house down a steep hill. The house was sufficient for 2 families of 8 adults in 2 apartments. Our only issue there was no washing facilities. So staying for 2 weeks we would have liked a change of bedlinen. Otherwise we throughly enjoyed our holiday and will certainly return to Croatia. Brac is a beautiful island. Thank you Ivana

Overall impression

The property is really good! Always places with shade. Short way to the water. The beach has no spots for small kids but good access for already swimmers. The next possibility to buy your daily food is almost 3km away. You Need a car or a long walk. The property itself has no washing machine, that was the only minus. Everything else was great!

Great summerhouse in a wonderful place

The house is located in a great spot. Milena met us at the house when we arrived. My family of five ( teenage and grown up daughters) really enjoyed to have the sea with incredible clear water next to the house. The house with two apartments feelt spacious with comfortable beds. We did not get the AC upstairs to work and texted Slavica. She responded by sending a lady within one hour. We solved the issue with some assistance over the phone and thereafter the AC worked efficiently. The equipments in the two kitchens were good although we missed a good mocca/espresso machine. The patio is wonderful to hang around in and the small pool is nice. The road to Milna is very narrow, two cars cannot meet. We walked in to Milna every day yo get fresh bread and fruit, a one hour walk back and fourth. Milna is a small and rather quite, mostly boat tourists. We recommend restaurant Palma in Milna and do not miss the rural restaurant 1- 1.5 km along the road to Milna. A car is recommended.

Super entspannter FamilienurlaubSchönes, gepflegte Haus in einer Top Lage. Ruhige Umgebung. Liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer, sodass man auch zwischendurch einfach mal schnell eine Runde schwimmen konnte. Die Bucht ist superschön, es waren nicht viele Menschen dort. Der Pool zur Erfrischung zwischendurch war sehr beliebt. Danke dem Poolreiniger, der fast täglich vorbeikam, um die Wasserqualität zu prüfen und den Pool zu reinigen. Herzlichen Dank der netten Vermieterin, die per WhatsApp immer erreichbar war. Wir hatten einen schönen entspannten Urlaub!! Sehr zu empfehlen vor allem für Familien.

Tolle Lage, aber einige Dinge im Haus sind erneuerungsbedürftig.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir haben den kurzen Weg zum Meer und die Stille in der Bucht sehr genossen. Definitiv kein Massentourismus. Toll!Schön war auch der Pool am Haus und der Blick über die Bucht von den zwei Balkonen aus. Das war ein Grund, warum wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden haben.Leider sind einige Dinge im Haus abgewohnt und müssten erneuert werden. Insbesondere die Sitzkissen und die Bezüge der Liegen. Diese könnten auch einfach entsorgt und weg gelassen werden. Die Gartenstühle auf dem unteren Balkon sind ebenfalls wackelig.WLAN ist nicht gut. Also bitte entsprechend bei den Vorbereitungen zur Reise berücksichtigen.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle und schnelle Kommunikation. Alles in allem gut, aber ein bisschen verbesserungswürdig.

Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus mit 2 sepaeaten Wohnungen war udeal für 1 Familie mit 3 Kindern und die untere mit 2 Kindern. Alles war sauber und modern, due obere Whg. etwas gemütlicher. Die Küchen hatten alles, was man so braucht. Der große Esstisch auf der unteren Veranda ist für eine Großfamilien geeignet. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber die Kindee hatten Spass ubd die Erwachsenen auch. Das wunderbare Meer ist nicht weit, vllt 100 m, man muss aber wiss3n, dass es nur über Badeleitern ins Meer geht. Wir alle fanden unsere Unterkunft sehr schön.

Wundervoll! Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir durften mit zwei Familien zu Gast in diesem wundervollen Haus sein! Wir haben zwei Wochen dort verbracht und wären am liebsten nicht abgereist. Es fehlt an nichts und das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Das Dorf hat einen tollen Chaem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Bewertung Haus Milna

Die Insel Brac ist wirklich eine super schöne Insel, die wir auf jedenfall wieder besuchen werden. Die Insel ist nicht überfüllt von Tourismus was uns sehr gut in den Sommermonaten gefallen hat. Das Haus ist ja in 2 Wohnungen unterteilt, wobei die untere Wohnung neuer ist als die Obere. Einige Dinge müßten wirklich mal neu gemacht werden, einige Möbelstücke sind nicht mehr wirklich ansehnlich und wie so oft sind die Matratzen in den Betten auch nicht mehr wirklich gut und werden immer durch Topper aufgewertet. Der Pool wirkt auf den Fotos viel größer ist jedoch nur 5x2 Meter. Wir haben ihn aber trotzdem nicht missen wollen. Sonst war wirklich alles super das Wasser liegt vor der Tür und läd immer zum Baden ein. Gut liegen kann man zwar nicht dort aber das Haus ist ja nicht weit entfernt und somit hat man dann die Liegen am Haus wieder aufgesucht. In der Nähe gibt es jedoch noch etliche Möglichkeiten zum Baden und verweilen. Die Stadt Milna ist sehr schön klein und wirklich sehr gemütlich und lädt zum entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden auf jedenfall die Insel Brac wieder besuchen.

Super entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit einer befreundeten Familie (8 Personen) in diesem Haus. Die meiste Zeit haben wir gemeinsam auf der unteren Terrasse (hat einen Tisch für 8 Personen) oder am Pool oder Meer verbracht. Durch die beiden getrennten Wohneinheiten konnte wir uns zwischendurch auch gut abschotten, sodass man nicht ständig zusammen sein musste. Gegessen haben wir aber immer gemeinsam auf der große Terasse bei der unteren Wohnung. In der Wohnung unten ist auch die Spühmaschiene, die wir sehr genossen haben. Wir haben 6 - 7 x gegrillt. Der Außengrill ist super. Man kann wirklich nur positives sagen. Schönes, gepflegte Haus in einer Top Lage. Ruhige Umgebung. Liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Nach einer Woche wurden die Handtücher kostenlos ausgetauschT. Es sind wirklich nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer sodass man auch zwischendurch einfach mal schnell eine Runde schwimmen konnte. Die Bucht ist super schön, es waren nicht viele Menschen da. Der Pool zur Erfrischung zwischendurch war v.a. bei den Kindern sehr beliebt. Danke dem Poolreiniger, der fast täglich vorbeikam um die Wasserqualität zu prüfen und den Pool zu reinigen. Herzlichen Dank der netten Vermieterin, die per WhatsApp immer erreichbar war. Herzlichen Dank auch für die gute Flasche Wein und die Begrüßungssnacks. Wir hatten einen tollen, entspannten Urlaub!!! Sehr zu empfehlen vor allem für Familien.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen…😍

Man kann echt nur positives sagen. Schönes Haus in einer Top Lage. Man kann super entspannen am Pool oder geht ein paar Schritte zum Meer. Alles was man braucht findet man im Haus. Man wird nett empfangen und findet sogar ein paar Begrüßungssnacks im Kühlschrank.. Kann man auf jeden Fall jedem ans Herz legen der gerne nach Kroatien fährt und keinen Trubel sondern Entspannung pur sucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin…👍🏻😊

Das Objekt ist optimal um auszuspannen am eigenen Pool. Auch das klare türkise Meer ist nicht weit. Der Hafen und dessen Restaurants sind in Fußgehweite (ca. 30 Minuten). Man kann auch selbst kochen und auf der Terrasse im Schatten sitzen. Es ist jedenfalls zu empfehlen!

Close to the sea, clean, limited garden

Absolutely a clean property, we had a great opportunity to relax for 2 weeks. You can walk to Milna, as example for breakfast (2,5KM), or drinks in the evening. When you walk down it's easy to jump in the sea, or stay there for the day. 2 Apartments that make one house with a shared garden including the pool. I personally think that the pool and garden look larger on the picture, good enough for the kids. There is regular pool cleaning, We had some questions during the week, they were answered quickly. Final point, there is no washing machine, but we could live with that.

Tolles Haus für 2 Parteien

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen mit 8 (4+4) Personen im Juli 2020. Die obere Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und eines mit einem Babybett und einem Einzelbett. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Schränke und Stauraum gab es ausreichend. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine Couch und ein gemütlicher Lesesessel. Außerdem eine kleine Küche mit Backofen, 4 Platten E-Herd, Kühlschrank (mit Gefrierfach). Geschirr und Töpfe etc. sind vorhanden. Manche Sachen vermisst man, wie beispielsweise eine Salatschale oder einen Wasserkocher. Die gab es dann in der unteren Wohnung, so dass es gut war, wenn man sich gegenseitig aushilft. Einen Esstisch gibt es in der oberen Wohnung nicht. Dafür eine Theke und einen Tisch auf dem Balkon. Die Sonne scheint am Morgen auf den Balkon. Einen Sonnenschutz gab es nicht, aber ab Mittags zieht die Sonne um das Haus herum, so dass der Balkon zunehmend im Schatten liegt. Auf dem Balkon gibt es noch eine schöne Bank, wo wir abends oft gesessen haben und den Sternenhimmel genossen haben. Dabei störte uns die Poolbeleuchtung. Die hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die nebenan wohnt, hat uns die Beleuchtung am nächsten Tag ausgeschaltet. Manchmal haben wir in der Nacht die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet. Sie kühlt gut. Das Aggregat befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben einen vorhandenen Ventilator benutzt, um die Luft in die Schlafzimmer zu bringen. Heißwasser war ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit (soweit ich mich erinnere) Amazon Prime oder Netflix oder beides (wir haben den Fernseher nie eingeschaltet). WLAN ist vorhanden und gut. Die untere Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer. Eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Hauptraum steht eine (Schlaf?-)Couch und ein Esstisch, an der Seite ist eine sehr kleine Küche mit kombinierten E- und Gas-Herd und Kühlschrank (inkl. Gefrierfach). Die untere Wohnung hat eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem Tisch, der groß genug war für uns 8 Personen. Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten waren sehr schön. Einmal haben wir den Grill genutzt und die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der anderen Seite des Hauses. Es gibt zwei PKW Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück. Es ist aber nicht so einfach die beiden Autos gut unterzubringen. Wir haben ein Auto meist draußen geparkt. Das Haus liegt 100m von Badegelegenheiten entfernt. Viele kurze Leitern führen in das kristallklare Wasser. Es gibt viele Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This is our family house. The villa and pool were finished in 2009.
We bought this plot of land because it is so close to the sea. The lovely crystal clear blue Adriatic sea is just minute walking distance (40m) from the property. So whenever I feel like a swim I just grab a towel and go! Pure luxury!
