Villa Allegra es lujosa villa situada en una ubicación única. Situado en una colina con una espléndida vista del mar Adriático, la casa con estilo Mediterráneo es el lugar con una gran cantidad de oportunidades para la recreación. Mar y hermosa playa de arena están a solo 300 m de la villa, la casa está rodeada de naturaleza verde y ofrece increíbles vistas al mar.

El salón es totalmente, luminoso, acogedor y equipado con un alto estándar con aire acondicionado.
El nivel de planta baja le ofrece sala de estar con cocina totalmente equipada (hervidor de agua, tostadora, Nespresso y cafetera de filtro ...), y área de TV (con Play Station y DVD) es un refugio ideal y conduce directamente a la amplia terraza con al aire libre zona de comedor con vistas al mar, zona de barbacoa, así como a la piscina climatizada de 32m2 en el nivel inferior con amplia zona de terraza con 6 tumbonas.

Tres dormitorios se encuentran en el primer piso: Habitación N º 1 con cama de matrimonio, cuarto de baño con ducha y terraza con vistas al mar, dormitorio N ° 2 con cama de matrimonio y terraza con vistas al mar, Habitación N º 3 con 2 camas individuales ; un cuarto de baño con ducha se encuentra a nivel de la habitación también.

Hay un buffet de bienvenida con jamón croata, queso, bocadillos y el vino y las bebidas.
El acceso a todas las áreas de la casa está garantizado en todo momento.
Los espacios de estacionamiento están disponibles antes de la entrada de la casa.
Ana y Goran Pekas son los propietarios de la casa y le esperan en todo momento y están a su disposición para cualquier pregunta o preocupación. La pareja habla alemán, croata y Inglés.

We have just returned from a lovely 10 days at Villa Allegra. This is a beautiful, well located villa which enjoys stunning views. The villa is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. A highlight was the outside seating area and pool which we all thoroughly enjoyed. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and local restaurants and there was lots to do in the area. There was easy and helpful communication with the hosts. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Allegra.

Stunning Villa

A stunning villa with absolutely incredible views. The villa it self is perfect in every way, there were 4 of us staying for a week. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. They are so attentive if required and the communication is immediate. If you haven’t been to Croatia, go, and this villa is amazing. To get the view you are on a hill side, we don’t have a car and walked everywhere. The supermarket and bakery are 15 mins, the gorgeous sandy beach is 10 mins and the old town of Omis about 20 mins. Taxi from Split was 60 euro each way for 4 with suitcases. The pool is a perfect size and has the sun from 6am til 6pm.Thank you Ana and Goran a superb week in your incredible place that we will remember forever.

Beautiful villa set in a fantastic location. Calm surroundings and a great beach just a few minutes walk from the house. The hosts are superfriendly and available if you have any questions. We realist had a wonderful vacation at Villa Allegra.

Two marvelous weeks

The house is ideally located to discover Dalmatia as well as accessing a beautiful beach with a 5mn walk. The view is wonderful. House is very well equipped, very convenient, with a nice pool. Proprietaries are very nice, and welcome you with a prepared buffet. Nice restaurants on the croatian riviera. The two weeks went to quickly like a dream!

Breathtaking terrace views in all directions

Warmest welcome by the owner Goran, including a table laden with wonderful food and drink (homemade olive oil and liquors). Airy spacious rooms with soft, white hand laced linens. We enjoyed dining on the outdoor terrace and made good use of the outdoor grill where we dined while taking in the seaside view and sunsets pool side. The villa was well equipped and meticulously clean. Enjoyed lunch and dinner at Milos in old town Omis. Highly recommended!

Fabulous villa in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed at Villa Allegra for a week in early July and had a fabulous time. The villa is perfect - spacious, perfectly equipped with modern facilities, lovely private pool and great location close to the beach, supermarket and just a 1km walk to the beautiful town of Omiš. The property owners are extremely friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at home. The glorious weather rounded it off to be a perfect week for exploring the local area and I’d highly recommend hiring a boat for a trip up the Cetina river and taking a boat over to Brac island and the sunning beach of Bol. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful vacations !!

We had a very pleasant vacations in croatia. The Allegra house is perfect with the sea view, beach, heated pool, 3 rooms and 2 bathroom. Everything is new ! The house is above the hill and it was the last house on the road, so it was very quiet. It is also close to cities like split (15-20 min) and Omis (5 min). It was perfect for 2 adults and our 2 children. The pekas family is also very friendly. So nothing else to say other that we will come back for more visits !

Our Favorite Place

Just returned from our 3rd stay at Villa Allegra, we were so so lucky with the weather and picked the exact week to spend back here, as always our hosts were friendly, accommodating, helpful , just like friends , we love October here as you get to do what you came for....relaxation, the villa has everything and more and we will never get fed up of coming back here, even though it was our third time you still could sit and look at those views all day, the house and the pool are spotless, we always feel like we shouldnt be able to stay in such a house as you feel like a celebrity living there, during our stay we contacted the agent and booked up again for 2019, have a perfect winter break Ana and we will see you again next year

Living the dream

Actually just sitting at split airport about to head home to Glasgow, 2nd time at the villa this year and we had another amazing week which was topped off with fantastic weather for this time of year, once again we were greeted with a warm welcome and lunch which is a lovely gesture, the owners again go out there way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much to ask, thank you so much for our lunch also and helping us with our questions during the week, was a very relaxing week, only a couple of restaurants open giving the time of year but the supermarket at the bottom of the hill provides everything you need, all the family love staying here , you feel like a celebrity, already looking at dates for a return next year, please anyone not sure about coming here take it from me you won't be disappointed

Spacious, serene and secluded

Villa Allegra is a charming place with an ideal location for fantastic views of sea, Brac Island and the slopes of Omis. The design of the house both inside and out reflects taste and attention to detail. There are many spaces to relax and enjoy family and friends – poolside, terraces and living room as well as loungers and seats to be alone and take in early morning or late evening calm. Ana and Goran were excellent, thoughtful and gracious hosts who provided a number of tips for outings and sightseeing. The town of Omis itself is decently sized to offer many activities, food and drink as well as various cultural attractions such as the a cappella singing competition, and the house is within walking distance of town as well as sandy beaches. The place suited us ideally with all the comforts of home and the luxury of elegant interiors, spaciousness and panoramic views. We highly recommend Villa Allegra.

Perfect location

We were pleasantly greeted by Goran. The Villa was spotlessly clean and given a tour of the property. A welcome package of refreshments waiting for us which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Linen and pool towel were quality and the facilities too. The pool was perfect and the outdoor seating area gave welcome shelter. The view is spectacular from the Villa. The local supermarket is a short walk down the hill and the beach a 5 minute walk down a dusty track. The old town is approximately 15 minute walk which offer many places to eat and drink. Lots of places of interest along the river and river taxis at a small cost. We booked a half day boat trip to the island of Brac and a stop at the blue lagoon a fantastic morning and would recommend. Split is a 40 minute drive away and again would recommend a visit. Croatia is stunning and the coastline is beautiful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Villa we had a perfect family holiday.

Unbelievable Villa & Breathtaking Views

Our family of 5 had the most incredible stay at Villa Allegra. It's even better than the pictures! The Villa is spacious-open concept, clean, immaculately maintained (inside/out) and beautifully decorated. The unobstructed sea views is gorgeous. Imagine yourself getting out of the pool and facing the sea completely in front of you! The outdoor lounge and dining area is perfect for breakfast views and nighttime cocktails. The villa is well stocked with everything you will need. There are AC units in every room. The bathrooms are stunning. The sandy beach is a short walk down a hill. A decent grocery also a short distance down the hill (walk-able but easier by car if carrying many bags). Very centrally located .A Quick 10 min drive to the nearby town Omis. A 40 min drive to Split where many tours depart. Restaurants near by. We came across the perfect authentic Croatian BBQ restaurant situated in an old village perched on the side of the mountain with an amazing view. Ana & Goran and her 2 sons are the most welcoming hosts. The beautifully prepared buffet (traditional cured meats, olives, cheese, baskets of peaches and grapes, sweets) that was prepared for our arrival was so appreciated. They were available to answer any questions we had and helped with whatever we needed. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Villa Allegra.

Tranquil stunning views

Fabulous location with stunning views of Omis and the Adriatic. Crystal clear pool and not chlorinated which was wonderful. We had a warm welcome and a generous platter of local delicacies provided by Goran who was waiting for us. Our hosts were helpful and checked in on us by message. A very comfortable house and bedrooms with lots of spare linens etc. Having 5-10 minute walk to the beach (shallow and clear) was brilliant. Cafes and bars along the beach. Omis is lovely. Peaceful setting. We felt relaxed and had a wonderful holiday and first visit to Croatia. We will be back! A few notes - the pool is all one depth apart from the steps edge so may be difficult for those with limited mobility (to get in) and smaller kids. Also down the steps to the pool away from the house for line of sight. The pool gets the morning sun so a bit cooler in the afternoon (subjective of course!). Walk to the beach could be difficult for some as it is steep, uneven and loose underfoot at the top but well signposted. Walking back up in the heat could also be hard for some. Having said all that - worth the effort as you are straight onto the lovely beach. We went almost every day! Drive up to the house may be hard for some- a little narrow and steep in place but paved roads - as is much of the area. None of these diminished our experience and enjoyment but may be helpful to others to have this information.

You Will Not Be Dissapointed....Perfection

Well were do i start? arrived later on at night and was greeted by both owners of the villa who from the very start were amazing people, so helpful and polite, they showed us around the villa and due to us having a long day left us with a beautiful try of cheese, ham etc, what a lovely gesture ,it was only when we woke up did we start to appreciate to true beauty of this villa and its location, the views are stunning, every day whether it was waking up and going out to the balcony or sitting around the pool or seating area, the views were breathtaking, we didn't want to leave at the end of the week, the villa itself is spotless, both main bathroom and en suit are rooms to die for, 2 big bedrooms and a good size room with two single beds for kids or even adults to sleep in, downstairs is amazing also , open plan kitchen living area with tv, dvd, and playstation, the villa has everything you need although we brought our own washing powder, dishwasher tables etc they were all there. there is coffee makers, sandwich toasty makers, kettle etc etc iron, pegs, too much to mention, outside there is a room which has a hose if you want to wash down the pool area, there was also plenty of pool blowups left behind by previous guests, balls, kids watering can etc, the villa is at the end of a quiet road, and we didn't hear anyone the full week from the surrounding villas etc, the road outside the villa does have dog walkers going past and cars going up and down the hill but from the pool area you never hear anything, you will see before you turn into the road leading upto the villa a good size supermarket which is what we used all week apart from one night at a restaurant straight across from supermarket, we found the supermarket had everything we required for the week, fresh chicken, mince, beef, as well as freezer section, basically everything you would find back home is here, plus some days they have a mini farmers market for eggs, bread etc, restaurant across the road was really good and the bill was very good for the amount we had including drinks, it takes about 10 mins to walk down to the supermarket from the villa but can be hard going with 2 or 3 bags of shopping going back up as its a fair climb, so you could either get a taxi or maybe you have hired a car, The owners went above and beyond for us the whole week, i cant thank them enough, we came home and booked up straight away to go back in October Please visit this villa, you wont be disappointed!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Man weiß nicht wo man anfangen soll zu schwärmen. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Der Herbst in Kroatien hat sich von seiner besten Seite gezeigt. Ein überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, eine nette Begrüßung, ein richtig schönes Haus in dem es an nichts mangelte. Bis zum Zeitpunkt der Abreise hat man sich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Wir würden uns freuen wiederkommen zu dürfen.

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage und großartige, super nette Vermieter

Das Haus ist ein Traum für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub mit Nähe zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und total unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist top und in Duce und Omis findet man alles (Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurant) was man für die tägliche Verpflegung benötigt.
