Good Stay
Had a great stay, with everything clean and all the facilities required. Stations within walking distance in both directions and a lot of stuff on the doorstep to enjoy. Would definitely return. I didn’t take any photos but it won’t let me submit a review without one so attached is a random photo of a smoothie.

The owner was exceptional replying to messages, checking we had arrived at the property and also sorted out a parking permit for us. The down side was the neighbours were noisy, banging doors and shouting

Good Value for money
Easy check in and check out very clear instructions - Although the place was relatively clean the neighbours did smoke which means we had to shut windows so the rooms wouldn’t smell. The transport to get in and out of London is good but the place is bit further than you realise. Overall fine stay though and probably good value for money

Long weekend in London
Good size flat, 2 bedrooms, one very spacious, other compact but comfortable. Nice shower in bathroom. Great to have hairdryers, plenty of stuff for cooking and an iron. It was very warm in the flat so the fans provided were much appreciated. 10 ish minute walk to Maryland tube station, then 30 minutes to central London. Great takeaways locally, shops close by. All convenient. Host very helpful, good communication and useful tips prior to stay. Easy check in via lockbox.

Fantastic Cozy Reliable Accommodation
Had a wonderful stay at the 2-bed flat in East London! The living room's abundant sunlight and stylish decor created a cozy atmosphere. The flat's prime location near Westfield Shopping Centre and the London Olympic Park was super convenient, and the fast WiFi and dedicated work-from-home setup were great for remote work. The fully equipped kitchen and the host's attention to detail made the stay comfortable. Plus, with close proximity to both Central Line and Elizabeth Line stations, commuting was a breeze. Highly recommend for a fantastic London experience!
I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a short or long stay.
The host is a top top guy!

beds were comfy, very simple and small space. neighbours were very noisy and the whole place stunk of cigarette smoke, which made the property feel unclean, we had to open all the windows to try and get it out but it didnt help much. this then made some of clothes that i had taken out of my suitcase take on the smoke smell. very very offputting but we were only there to sleep as had lots of plans during the day. felt like it could have been cleaner but the beds were okay. we were going to use the oven but the dials were missing any temp or setting information so it wasn’t actually usable. Area was fine, strightforward walk to the elizabeth line. it was okay for somewhere to sleep for a few hours and head out.

Everything okay
The stay was quite good. Very good communication with the landlord and a smooth check in/out.
The apartment is simply furnished. Everything you need is available in the kitchen.
The bed is very worn out and needs to be replaced.
The water pressure is very low - but the landlord certainly can't do anything about it.
Unfortunately, the building is also very noisy and there was also construction work going on underneath the apartment which was very loud.
The surroundings are not particularly chic, but the price of the apartment is okay.
I think the apartment is a bit too far away for sightseeing in the city center. But as I said, the price is completely okay.
