Wonderful apartment in Patalavaca. Bright, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped. A great use of a small space! The highlight was probably the amazing expansive view of the sea (and sunsets) from the balcony, and the peace.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and it had everything we needed. The views are beautiful and the standard was very high. We hired a car for the week and there was always somewhere to park along the road. We couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you!

Loved this stay. In a quiet area but really nice restaurants and a spar within walking distance . Bus stop is only 8 minutes away if you want to go to nearby towns and they’re reliable and on time. Any questions queries were answered promptly. The space was perfect, nice big tv that can swivel so you can watch it in bed or on the couch. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Perfect place for a couples get away. 10/10

Unforgettable Stay with Stunning ViewsOur stay at these apartments was truly exceptional. The view from the window was absolutely stunning — it’s hard to imagine a more beautiful sight to wake up to.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and feel at home.One of the highlights was the lovely little balcony — having breakfast there or enjoying a quiet sunset was simply perfect. The shared pool on the property was also a great way to relax and cool off.Staying here made our vacation even more special.Just a couple of things to keep in mind: the building is quiet, so it’s important to respect the noise rules — walls are thin, and neighbors are nearby. Also, there aren’t many restaurants or bars within walking distance, so evenings may require a short drive to busier areas. We had a rental car, so it was no problem for us.

👍 Beautiful small apartment with a fantastic view. Very clean and well provisioned. Stunning views over the bay to Anfi. The sunsets were gorgeous. Pool was nice for a late afternoon dip. 👎 We paid a lot of money for a small flat with a great view from the terrace. Unfortunately we couldn't use the space outside because our chain-smoking neighbours stank the place out. We couldn't even open the window! You shouldn't sell the place as non-smoking when you allow smoking on the terrace. Very dissatisfied with that.

Das Apartment war wunderschön, es hat alles was es zum Leben braucht und wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Sehr modern eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Bildern! Der Ausblick vom Balkon und von der Couch aus ist traumhaft. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. 100% empfehlenswert!

👍 Super beliggenhed for os, som kender området godt. Vi er meget glade for kvarteret, som ligger i gå afstand til Arguineguin. En by som vi også holder meget af. Der kunne være lidt flere tallerkener og krus i køkkenet, når der nu er opvaskemaskine. 👎 Vi synes lejligheden er relativt dyr at leje på ugebasis, da andre lignende lejligheder i området kan lejes for ca. 1.200 EUR for en hel måned.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, propre, il est facile de de se garer à proximité et il a été rénové avec goût et des matériaux de belle qualité. L’emplacement permet de visiter l’île facilement et est à l’écart des zones trop touristiques.Mais le point fort est la vue sur l’océan depuis le balcon avec le coucher de soleil tous les soirs !L’équipe de Carlos communique très bien et avec réactivité, et malgré le retard de notre avion et notre arrivée tardive tout s’est très bien passé. Nous conseillons fortement cet appartement si vous souhaitez découvrir Gran Canaria !
