This modern two-bedroom apartment offers a functional base in the heart of Belgravia. Situated on the fourth floor, it provides two bathrooms, comfortable living areas, and a private balcony for outdoor space. Its central location gives easy access to Victoria, Sloane Square, and many of London’s most famous landmarks.
• Living Area: Open-plan lounge and dining area with sofa, TV unit, and access to the balcony. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, providing everything needed for home cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with storage and natural light. • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub and overhead shower. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with views of the surrounding streets.
Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):
• The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay. • From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.

For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
