¡Bienvenido a nuestro apartamento de lujo situado en la mejor zona de gracia! Es un apartamento acogedor, moderno y comodo, ideal para parejas o grupos de 3. Diseñado completamente para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes. Dispone de aire acondicionado, TV, lavadora/secadora, Wifi. Está a 2 minutos de la estación de Gracia y a 5 del metro de Fontana, a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. En una zona con muy buenos restaurantes y tiendas.

El piso está situado en una calle del barrio de Gràcia, una zona popular y animada de Barcelona. Esta calle goza de una ubicación céntrica, lo que la hace conveniente para aquellos que quieran explorar la ciudad y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece.

Al entrar te enamorarás de la belleza clásica del mobiliario, creando una sensación muy agradable y tranquila. Dispone de un salón equipado con un sofá cama y TV de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite y reproductor de DVD, una cocina totalmente equipada, el dormitorio con la cama de matrimonio y el cuarto de baño.

This was a nice place, A little far for us from main areas but lots of shops and restaurants near by. Check in was very easy. Apartment very clean. Grocery store right out your door.

My family enjoyed our stay! We had to purchase laundry detergent and paper towels, but other amenities were all on point, location is great (five minute walk to two metro lines) and neighborhood is quiet and has many great local restaurant and shopping options. Easy 15 minute metro or drive to city center. Rental host company was quick to respond to needs, and were able to arrange check-in to our arrival schedule. Overall, I definitely recommend!

Great place to stay and Jessyca was really helpful, especially our last day when our flight wasn’t until 10 pm.Our only suggestion would be to add a light over the entrance door.

Very cute apartment. Great for 2-3 people. I stayed by myself and had another couple visit me. There was a little grocery right across the street. We cooked a couple of meals and had all the basic supplies. The staff were great about keeping in contact and I was met at the apartment and given the keys. The hot water was great and

Great for a week stay in Barcelona!

We loved the location of this property; with it being a little bit outside of the hub bub of the city where it was more quiet, but with easy access to the metro to get anywhere we wanted to go. The check-in process was super smooth, and the host was always very attentive. Would stay there again!

I had an excellent stay in this apartment, and the owner was always available to answer my questions. The neighborhood is quiet and the building secure. There's a bus stop with 4 different buses right behind the house and the metro is a 7-minute walk away, which is super convenient.

Cosy convenient stay

Really great place to stay. Perfectly Clean, The kitchen was very well equipped had everything we needed for relaxed holiday breakfasts. Location was ideal a really great neighborhood to be in away from the main tourist trail, but still lively with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants and very good transport links. Would definitely stay again!

The owners were amazingly helpful! Checking in and out was a breeze. We were met right on time to provide keys and were also provided helpful information about the area, local transit, and places to eat. The place was so cute—such a great find! It was clean and comfortable for our 4-night stay. We used the kitchen for breakfast, and it was perfect for coffee and a quick bite to eat. There was a small market right across the street and great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

Good home away from home

We had a great stay. Apartment was super comfortable and had everything you needed to have a nice time. Owner was very welcoming and gave you all the information regarding restaurants and things to do around barcelona. Will definitely considered staying here again if we return.

Excellent location, quiet, nice kitchen. Perfect for 1 person or a couple (more would be quite crowded). Check in was smooth with great communication. Excellent gym (VivaGym) 5 minutes walk away. Only downside is WiFi—rarely works and when it does connect, it is short lived. Router is in other apartment so signal is poor. You can “hotspot” off a phone but if a high quality connection is needed, this won’t work for you.

Lovely Barcelona apartment for 2 sweet location

My guy and I thoroughly enjoyed this charming apartment in Gracia neighborhood. The neighborhood itself was really convenient if we wanted to take the Metro but we actually did lots and lots of walking! Would definitely recommend this spot as the host and her greeter when we arrived were both very easy to reach and communicate with.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The neighbourhood had supermarkets and some restaurants. If you want to stay away from the tourist areas this is a great spot. It was easy to get a taxi and public transportation.

Nice place to stay in Gracia (BCN)

The property is located in a nice area of Gracia. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The check-in process was very simple and Jessica, who met and help us with the checking process was in time and very helpful with suggestions about the area and the city. I fully recommend this place if you are visiting Gracia

Great Apartment

The apartment had everything we needed, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, the bed was comfy and it’s really nicely decorated. It’s in a great location, close to shops, supermarkets, cafes and tourist attractions. The owner has great communication and Viviana who greeted us was very nice. There was also a bottle of Cava in the fridge waiting for us which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and would stay again
