Welcome to Cooper's Lodge! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space which is perfect for all occasions.

A vantage point for sundowners, the south-facing private deck also has a top-of-the-range hot tub.

New to Airbnb, so please bear with us whilst we gather reviews.

The property is located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Parks, constructed in a New Hampshire style, two story, open plan on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The lodge has been completely refurbished with bi-fold doors, new modern bathrooms, kitchen and quality appliances.

Our large South facing private patio deck directly overlooks the lake, perfect for relaxing :)

We invite all to the lodge, to enjoy an abundance of leisure activities right on your doorstep, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and at the end of the day, when you are ready to come back to your lodge, you will find all the facilities you would expect of a modern rental property as well as a top-of-the-range hot tub.

The open plan ground floor has a newly fitted modern kitchen, fully fitted with quality AEG appliances including oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped for a comfortable self-catering holiday.

The large open plan lounge/diner has an entire wall of double glazed panes offering uninterrupted views out onto the lake with large bi-fold doors leading onto a large private deck directly overlooking the lake. Both inside and outside living areas comfortably accommodate 6 adults, with outdoor furniture for alfresco drinks and meals. There is a flat screen 50" ‘Smart’ TV with wireless internet connection for Netflix etc.

The lodge has a downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower, wc and hand basin as well as a newly refurbished upstairs bathroom with a large shower, bath, wc and hand basin.

The master bedroom has a large picture window with great views overlooking the lake, King bed, plenty of hanging space and drawers.

The second and third bedroom overlook the front of the property, with views over a sailing lake, has a comfortable king beds and drawers (there is limited walking space around the bed)

The Lodge has one allocated parking space close to the lodge, with plenty of additional parking available close by on a first come basis.

One set of bed linens, tea towels and towels for indoor use are provided for the duration of your stay, addition linen and towel changes can be arranged for an additional charge.

Our guest information folder contains all the information you will need about the property and appliances, directions to shops and supermarkets, petrol stations and cash machines etc. and our recommendations for pubs, restaurants and places to visit. We are happy to provide our mobile numbers to answer any queries you may have and have a nominated occupier on Spring Lake who can attend the property should the need arise.

Arrival time is after 4.00pm and departure time by 10.00am, we may be able to negotiate these times, dependent on other same day bookings, it might be possible to arrange an earlier check in or later check out at no extra charge. Access is via a key safe, therefore it does not matter if you are arriving late at night.

We will be as attentive or distant as you choose, we have prepared a comprehensive guest folder with all the information we feel may be useful to you and provide contact details for the 2 house mangers, who will happy attend the property should the need arise.

We just want your stay with us to be relaxed and hassle free.

The Lodge is set in well-tended communal gardens, the Spring Lake site has a Brasserie bar and restaurant, a large enclosed timber play area for children, a 10pmh speed limit for vehicles and private security patrols.

Out and about you will discover the Cotswold Water Parks is an amazing place, more that 150 lakes over an area of more than 40 miles, with a huge diversity of leisure activities available for all ages to enjoy. On the water you can hire boats, canoeing/kayaking, inflatable rides, sailing, swimming, wakeboarding, windsurfing and waterskiing. On land there is angling, archery, fabulous birdwatching opportunities, cycling routes, walking routes, horse riding, paintballing, rally driving, golf, picnic sites and nature reserves.

The Cotswold Waterparks have great transport links by road from the North via M6/M5 and from the South, London, Bristol, Wales via the M4, from these Motorways its dual carriageway via the A417 and A419 to within 1 kilometre to our property.

By train the major Stations of Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon are a short commute to the property with Kemble Station only 10 minutes by car.

Railway: Kemble: 4 miles, Swindon: 11 miles

By car (recommended):

From M4 or the South - Leave the M4 at Junction 15 (Swindon) and head North on the A419 for about 14 miles. Take the B4696 signposted Ashton Keynes / South Cerney / Cerney wick. Take the first left at the roundabout onto the Spine Road East. Follow this for just over half a mile, passing Isis / Windrush Lakes on your right and The Four Pillars Hotel on your left. After passing Summer Lake on your left, take the next right (Station Road), signposted for South Cerney, the Lakeside and the Watermark. After a few hundred meters, take the first left into the development, when through the gates follow the road around to the right, 62 Spring Lake is about 100 meters on the left.

From the M5 or North – Leave the M5 southbound at junction 11A onto the A417. Take the third exit at the roundabout after a few miles continuing on the A417. Stay on the A417 / A419 for 15 miles passing Cirencester. Leave the A419 following signs for South Cerney and the Cotswold Water Park. Head right over the flyover and straight on at the second roundabout following signs for the Watermark and Cotswold Water Park. Follow this road (Spine Road East) for just over half a mile, passing Isis / Windrush Lakes on your right and The Four Pillars Hotel on your left. After passing Summer Lake on your left, take the next right (Station Road), signposted for South Cerney, the Lakeside and the Watermark. After a few hundred meters, take the first left into the development and turn right when through the gates. Follow the road around to the right, 62 Spring Lake is about 100 meters on the left

Great location

We had a great 3 night stay at Coopers Lodge. Loved watching the water sports from the hot tub on the balcony. Great spot for lots of other destinations. The lodge was cosy and the host was on hand for any questions.

Beautiful relaxing lodge

The lodge was beautiful overlooking lake so quiet and peaceful, nothing was a problem for Neil or Matt the property managers , always on hand if there was a problem, everything we needed was in house like home from home . The food at the Brasserie was lovely , the hot tub was great too !!

A good break

Very comfortable beds and sofa. We stayed in October and found the house warm and clean. Beautiful location and view from the large patio. Our only (small) moan is that there is nowhere for clothes and belongings in the two smaller rooms. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
