Ideally located in an area of great tranquillity, with splendid sea views, a short distance from the lively town of Alghero (2.5 km), Podere Brionis comfortably accommodates up to 12 people in its three adjacent but separate villa flats.
Villa Brionis has three independent units (each flat for exclusive use with terrace and covered patio overlooking the sea), set in a large one-hectare property surrounded by olive trees and the turquoise sea.

Villa Brionis, is a large villa for exclusive use, characterised by its large open spaces, incredible sea view and immersed in a park of centuries-old olive trees.

As a whole, the villa has a surface area of about 250 square metres, furnished in a classic and contemporary style, and is perfectly contextualised with the surrounding territory and landscape.

The villa, characterised by its proximity to the sea and the town, is distinguished by the skilful use of the covered verandas and sea view, and features a large patio with a table for 20 people, covered and close to the large barbecue.

The view from the villa sweeps from the top of the olive groves to slope gently down to the sea.
The house is located about 2.5 kilometres from the Catalan town of Alghero, at the top of a hill surrounded by olive trees, with a spectacular view of the sea.

Villa Brionis can accommodate 12 people, maximum 14 with the use of two cots. The villa has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The flats are divided as follows:
Apt. 1 for three people: One double bedroom, one single bedroom, two bathrooms (one en suite without shower and one full bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen.
Apt. 2 for five people: Two double rooms, one single room, two bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen.
Apt. 3 for four people: Two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen.

Each flat has a covered, furnished veranda and at the rear of the villa there is a large covered veranda with table and chairs for 18 people next to the barbecue and children's playground.

The villa is surrounded by acres of Sardinian countryside with its typical colours and scents, allowing guests to take long walks even within the estate.

Villa Brionis for 12 persons is rented out for the exclusive use of our guests.
Bed linen and towels are provided by the property sanitised and washed at 60 degrees.

Around the house the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable for walks and outdoor games.
Each accommodation has its own entrance and privacy is guaranteed as the units are separated from each other.
