Foligno: Central & Stylish Apartment

A charming apartment equipped with all the essential amenities to accommodate up to 4 people, located right in the heart of Foligno’s historic center (ZTL). The apartment boasts an enviable location: nestled between Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza del Grano, and Piazza don Minzoni, it is just a short walk from all the main attractions, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city and fully experiencing its vibrant nightlife. The Foligno train station is a 15-minute walk away.<br><br><br><br>The 65-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator: you’ll need to climb the stairs to access it.<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows: <br><br>- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and conventional oven<br><br>- LIVING AREA with dining table, double sofa bed, and TV <br><br>- BEDROOM with double bed, dresser, wardrobe, and TV<br><br>- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: pocket Wi-Fi (MAX 300 GIGA/MONTH), independent heating, fan, safe, ironing board and iron, and clothesline.<br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>The front door keys are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy. <br><br>You can find all the information on the official Alloggiati Web website at<br><br>Note: Completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment<br><br><br><br>Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br><br>Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.<br><br>Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.<br><br>Foligno Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.<br><br><br><br>The apartment is located in the heart of Foligno’s historic center, in the “Spada” district, which is rich in monuments to visit, including the Cathedral of San Feliciano and Palazzo Trinci, both within a few minutes’ walk. Home to the traditional Quintana festival, the area also boasts numerous restaurants and bars where you can fully enjoy the nightlife, and it offers all the essential amenities: a café, pharmacy, and supermarket are all within 400 meters. A short distance away is the Topino River bike and walking path, a must-see for lovers of walking and biking.
