A separate Cocoon © sofa bed is nestled into the corner of the lounge, transforming into a very comfortable small double sofa bed.

Up a flight of stairs to the first floor, you’ll find a brand-new fitted family bathroom with shower over bath to the rear of the property. To the front with two large windows, there is a stunning dining room comfortably seating 6 people –enjoy a wonderful family meal around this table, it is a lovely room in which to bring your group together.
