In a historic and quiet Alley we have completely renovated this treasure chest with antique and modern designer furniture.
The magnificent paintings and small burl elements make it special.
You can enjoy a unique experience in the 14th-century building, where Caravaggio lived and worked for 9 months, where as you exit the alley you will be in the vibrant heart of Roman luxury shopping, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent and the magnificent Via Condotti will take you to the Spanish Steps in just a few steps.
APARTMENT RULES:
- ATTENTION >>
!! ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS PERMITTED UNTIL 00:30 !! A supplement of € 50 will be applied for late entries from 22.00 to 00.30.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEN BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings exceeding the week, a weekly cleaning of €60 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking
IMPORTANT: To complete the online check you need to put the photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is not valid.
Guests must submit documents relating to the registration of incoming persons upon request.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the Link sent by our staff.
*In the event that the Landlord is unable to vacate the apartment within the established day and time of the Checkout (10 AM), the Landlord, from now on, authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to vacate the apartment from
all personal effects, objects or things owned by the Host. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), in the best possible way, all the Landlord's assets and return them to him at his first request.
*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.
