Welcome to the apartment, ideally located between the historic Schloss Schönbrunn and the bustling Westbahnhof railway station. The Apartment includes a living room and 2 bedrooms and it is optimal for up to 5 people (1 double bet and 3 single beds). The apartment is on the ground floor with a private terrance.

The Apartment is located on the ground floor with 13m2 private terrace. The Apartment is 86 m² and is optimal for up to 5 persons (small group or family).
The larger bedroom includes a comfortable bed for 2 adults and a single bed. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. The sleeping rooms are located on the street side on the ground floor .
The living room has a couch, dining table, TV. The kitchen is full equipped: a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dish washer, a micro wave, ...).
In the bathroom there is a shower a sink and the toilete.
WIFI is available.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Due to legal regulations, the guests have to enter themselves in an online guest book (name, identification data, address).

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
