• No Smoking allowed on the premises- There is a £300 charge for any guests caught.

• No Parties + Gatherings Permitted - This will lead to an immediate removal from the property via security and no refund. Your deposit may be used to cover the costs incurred from removing you.

• We kindly request guests to refrain from creating loud noise or causing noise disturbances on the premises. This property is in a residential area, we kindly request guests to respect quiet times from 9pm. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal.

• Deposit is required to cover any damage to linen or to the property. Deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if there is no damage.

• Ring doorbell on outside-facing entrance door for security reasons to protect both our guests and property.

• Parking – The property provides one free parking spot. A parking permit will be provided upon your stay to display in your vehicle. Please return the parking permit at the end of your stay. Your deposit may be used to cover the costs in the event of failure to return the parking permit.
