This large self-catering accommodation is set in a green rural setting with peaceful countryside views, making it a perfect base for your next Wexford exploration

This spacious, modern and bright self-catering holiday home sleeps comfortably 12 people, and it provides you and your family with comfort and space. Enjoy the peaceful evenings by the fire being surrounded by breathtaking Irish landscapes.

>Ballygarrett is a beautiful coastal holiday destination located on the east coast of Ireland in County Wexford. Located in Ireland’s Ancient East, this seaside village has a selection of amenities including a pub, church, petrol station, grocery shop, café and farmer’s market.

- Roney Point Beach, Courtown - home to a famous family of seals

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:

Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.

If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.

If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:

•Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.

•Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.

Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year, this can increase to €500 per property.

No TV channels , and system would not accept UK log in details for SKY , lovely setting and well equipt .A few minor issues with leaking bathroom on first floor , causing a damp patch with the ceiling by ground floor toilet in utility area.This did not stop us having a great holiday, view from kitchen was amazing as able to watch the sun rise and the field of cows.

A delightful house in a beautiful spot. We were there to visit family.

Overall the house was lovely with a beautiful outlook. There was everything that we needed in the house. We were a party of 7 spanning 3 generations and everyone was comfortable. It was a little isolated and we had to use the car to get to places. It would have been nice to be able to walk somewhere eg a pubrestaurant. Light bulb went in bathroom so purchased some small nightlights. Also, the towel rail in the bathroom on the top floor decided to fall off at different times during the night. Some extra shelving in all bathrooms would be useful. That said, these were only minor problems.
