Having stayed at this location several years ago we found the description of the property to be accurate and that there had been several upgrades. It was pleasant, well appointed and the host was willing to not only start our stay early on the day of our arrival but willing to grant a small exception that we requested. We would highly recommend this property.

Martha was amazing to communicate with. Duplex was very comfortable for me, my husband and our small dog. Location is perfect. Place stocked with all that you need. Would definitely return.

Martha, the host, is always available to answer questions and she gets right back to you, so that is wonderful. The place is so comfortable beds are great, all appliances work great-no problems with anything.The very best part is being able to bring my dogs, they’re safe in the fenced yard and I love having them with me. They are very comfortable here. The view oh my goodness it’s Fantastic and the beach is so clean everyday . Love this place!

This is a beautifully located slice of heaven, it’s so nice to be able to bring my dogs, they had as much fun as I did. The beach was beautiful and very well cleaned up daily with a big machine thingy, making it just beautiful and smooth.the place was very well stocked, I didn’t need to do without anything. The beds were comfortable ac worked great.I really enjoyed my stay and will want to go back, and stay longer!

Perfect location and very clean! Liked that they had beach chairs available and lots of kitchen supplies. Loved the fenced in backyard as well so our dog could run around! We will be staying here again on our next visit!

Spring Retreat!

We had a lovely stay at Martha’s beach condo. Access to the beach is less than 100 yards, and the upstairs bedroom is made for sunsets. They have chairs, and umbrella and more to use at the beach. Perfect for us Northerners traveling south. She accommodated us arriving early, and everything was as described. There is a nice covered patio, sandy back yard. Place is well air conditioned and set up for relaxation. Proximity to everything in St. Pete is perfect. Just a couple miles each way, there is countless restaurants and activities. Most importantly, this place was about the beach. We’d come back for sure!

Our favorite place in the world!!!!

We’ve stayed here several times now, with our first stay back in 2014. We can’t say enough good things about this beach house. The host is incredible and keeps the property immaculate. We’re already planning to book our next stay this fall because it was so hard to leave and we can’t wait to come back!

I love, love this rental home. Perfect location on Treasure Island. Everything you could possibly need has already been anticipated….very well stocked kitchen and home in general. Host is very responsive. We will definitely be returning.

Dishonest Host, resides next door and spyes on you.

Due to hurricane we couldn't come with small kids and host told me to use my paid 6 nights another time. When I contacted her that we are coming few months later, she didn't answer and just BLOCKED me.Luckily the VRBO team reviewed our conversation with her and refunded me after few calls I made, because the Host Martha refused to cooperate in any matter.We stayed in this unit previously years before and noticed that the host Martha lives right next door and can clearly see you through the backyard and on the beach. Once the blonde lady from the next door, approached me on the beach, I could feel she's secretly watching me, that's how I realized that she is the host Martha. I saw her pictures online, so I know it for a fact, that it was her.It is supposed to be disclosed in the listing, that the host resides next door, otherwise she UNLAWFULLY monitoring her guests, which violates their right to privacy.Also, her dogs gonna wake you up early every morning barking.

Fantastic Location!

This is our third time here and we love it because we can walk straight out to the beach. Martha is an excellent host and always available to answer any questions or deal with any concerns. Very well stocked property with everything you need. We will be back again!

A little piece of heaven

Perfect location, mostly quiet street, not busy and over "touristy" like other towns. Super clean upon arrival. The sunsets are beautiful and all can be seen from the fenced in backyard. Yes, fenced in so your fur babies can run and enjoy the sand too!!!

PERFECT VACATION HOME

Great place to relax

We loved being able to walk out to the beach. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. The sand dollars are plentiful and really cool to dive for. Definately will be back! Tbanks
