Million Dollar Views! Waterfront 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex with pool and dock.

This 5 star rated pool home is located directly on the water. Everything you need to relax and rejuvenate on your tropical vacation. This home is a duplex with two units, each rented separately. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has upgraded EVERYTHING. New washer and dryer in the unit! You can walk to the Treasure Island Public beach at the end of the street with a 4 minute walk or enjoy dolphin and bird watching from your own pool or dock. All the comforts of home if home had an incredible view of sun rise and sunset over Boca Ciega Bay! Rent a boat or bring your own as we have an available boat dock and lift for an extra charge (please contact prior to booking if interested). Completely remodeled with all brand new Samsung appliances, and quartz counter tops.

We look forward to you having an incredible vacation, but this is not a party house, please. We have a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

It is located just 30 minutes from Clearwater Airport and 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Just half a mile from Johns Pass with tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, golf cart rentals, antique shops and all the ice cream you can enjoy!

Everything was wonderful, the pool and close proximity to the beach were fantastic. The house is super cute and having our family stay in the connecting house (duplex) worked beautifully. I can’t say enough about how attentive the property manager was and what a pleasant experience this was from the moment we booked the property. We would definitely return, we had a blast. Thank you!

Perfect Paradise getaway!

Great location, beautiful property and everything you need for your home away from home. We enjoyed the pool and watching dolphins swim by. We were close to great restaurants and could easily walk to the beach. We hope to visit again soon!

Hi and welcome to Paradise Villas! My name is Krystal and my husband Eddie and my mother Terry and I bought this beautiful gem duplex so that everyone could enjoy the Treasure Island experience as much as we do! Originally from Florida, I am a Healthcare Executive and my husband is a Fire Fighter and my mother is almost retired from a career in the furniture industry! The Tampa Bay Area has been my home and even though I’ve traveled many parts of the globe, there isn’t anywhere else I’d want to own a beach house. Paradise Villas is named after our wedding flower, the bird of Paradise, which you will see proudly displayed in art and on the property. White sands, beautiful water, dolphins every morning, what’s not to love. We know you will love this place as much as we do and we wait for this to be your vacation destination year after year, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for anything.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It is so rare to find a house in treasure island with a pool on the water, especially one with a dock. This property’s availability will not last in this area. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views off the back yard. Dolphins swim in our bay daily. We have beach wagons and chairs if you want to walk right outside this neighborhood to the Treasure Island Public beach for the full beach experience.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Full size washer and dryer in the master en-suite for those tong term guests to use. Semi-private pool only shared with the second unit. Both units are available for rent if you plan to come with family and really want some space or need more beds. Contact me for more info on the second unit.
