Official Description:

Located near the sea in the idyllic Gessie Villastad neighborhood, this charming villa is beautifully situated in a quiet residential area with wonderful nature right on your doorstep. The home features an appealing floor plan and timeless design elements such as mullioned windows, Junckers flooring, and harmonious color schemes.

The open floor plan on the main level, connecting the living areas to the kitchen, creates an airy and bright atmosphere, as does the lovely high ceiling adjacent to the kitchen and the spacious dining area. Character-filled details—including alcoves, a fireplace, and exposed beams—further enhance the home’s charm. There is also a separate TV room, two potential bedrooms, and a fully tiled bathroom with an adjoining laundry room.

On the upper floor, you’ll find a cozy family room, a half-bath, and three lovely bedrooms with plenty of space for all kinds of furniture.

The outdoor area features spacious lawns for the children to play on, including a lovely pool and mature, varied landscaping, along with several cozy patios, one of which is a spacious wooden deck.

Just a stone’s throw from the house is a large, open park with a playground, tennis court, soccer field, ping-pong table, and bocce court. From here, you can also take a short walk down to the beach, located just below a beautiful gravel path amid the Skåne plains.

Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature while still being close to Vellinge and Höllviken, as well as Malmö and Copenhagen.

A warm welcome!
