NORMAS // RULES



1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.


4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

5- Important: The requested additional administration fee must be paid during check in; it will depend on the total number of months you are going to rent, in the description it shows the amount equivalent to one month of stay. Please consult us if you have any doubts.

6- If the flat is not left in a minimally decent condition on the day of departure (which is at 10am), a cleaning supplement will be charged.

7.- There is an alarm system in the property. It does not register or record anything. It is SECURITAS brand.

8.-Arrival policy:

Monday to Friday:
15:00 h. - 18:30: Free
18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros

Weekends and public holidays
15:00 - 21:00: €30
9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: 50 euros

For arrivals after 23:00, please contact us. Rates are different.

IMPORTANT:
It is possible to rent a minimum of 32 nights per Barcelona rental law for monthly contracts.

** From 22:00 to 8:00 you have to be quiet. No parties are allowed. If the police come to the flat or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the flat and/or have to pay a fine.
