Surrounded by the town walls (from the Renaissance) Lucca appears still today like a labyrinth of lanes, squares which get more and more narrow and concealed the closer one gets to the heart of the centre.
Visitors of Lucca may admire as well the historical beauties of the town as taste local specialities, go shopping in the Vial Fillungo (the most famous shopping mile of the centre) where boutiques, antique shops, coffee bars and “trattorias” characterize the townscape.
The apartment Aida lies on the ground floor of an antique “palazzo” (4 steps to enter) in the historical centre of Lucca, not too far from Via Fillungo, the beautiful square (piazza) of San Francesco and the town wall.
The apartment is composed of: Living cum kitchen with 1 French sized bed settee (1.40m), dining table, radio, big window, kitchenette with 4 electric plates, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster, 1 double bedroom, room before the bathroom with a basin, 1 bathroom with wc, bidet, shower.
The apartment disposes of a washer-drier.
The furnishings are very tasteful and modern, beamed ceilings, big windows which make the apartment very bright full although it is located on the ground floor. There is a spacious loggia where you may store your bicycles.
