El apartamento Le Volte está situado en el centro histórico de Lucca y forma parte de un edificio histórico que data de la década de 1400.
En pocos pasos puede llegar al centro a través de Fillungo con sus exclusivas tiendas y bares desde aquí, mientras que en via S. Giorgio, justo en frente de la casa, encontrará comida de excelente calidad. La famosa Piazza Anfiteatro se encuentra a 100 metros y la iglesia central de S. Michele está a 200 metros.
El apartamento estudio mide 34 m2 y consta de un dormitorio con una cómoda cama doble, una cocina adjunta y un baño con ducha ubicado en la parte trasera del apartamento.
Los techos son bóvedas de ladrillo y datan del siglo XIII: ¡este pequeño espacio es extremadamente romántico! Aquí no solo vives en una casa en Lucca, aquí puedes vivir la historia de Lucca.

Un we di lavoro nel cuore di Lucca

Un esperienza positiva. Sicuramente un indirizzo da conservare per ritornarci, una posizione strategica per girare nel centro di Lucca o se come noi li per lavoro ci ha sollevato essere a due passi dal lavoro e da tutto. Suggerirei solo qualche piccolo accorgimento per renderlo ancora più "caldo" .

Great place for 1 or 2 people

This studio apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Lucca. On weekends there is street noise and street light that enters the room but that is the price of being so close to the action. Enrico/Eric was lovely and responsive to all requests.

Close enough to perfect

This place was perfect for my three days in Lucca. Great location and the apartment offered everything you could need for a great stay in Lucca. This apartment would be perfect for a couple as well.

Lovely Lucca Apartment

I had a wonderful stay at Enrico’s studio apartment. It was in a great location and very near where my friends were staying. Although I didn’t need to use any of the appliances, the apartment has everything one would need in a home. Thank you Enrico and Giulia for everything you did to make my stay amazing.

Wonderful location and beautiful apartment

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy Lucca and Tuscany. The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. The location was perfect. Enrico was a great host and gave really good recommendations. I would definitely choose this place again if I am ever back in the area.

Centrale e comodo, con qualche mancanza

Si sta bene in centro città. L'appartamento è accogliente e fornito per la più gran parte delle attività casalinghe. Il WiFi funziona ok. Durante il mio soggiorno c'erano però problemi con aria condizionata / riscaldamento. Dopo due visite d'idraulici e più di tre settimane, l'attrezzo era installato regolarmente e funzionava. Rimane la polvere cadendo dai soffici, in particolare nel bagno. I soffici di mattoni sono frequenti in Italia. Ne ho osservato altri altrove. Avevano una superficie molto più integrata e liscia. Anche qui penso che ci mancano dei lavori che da altri proprietari hanno risolto il problema. Ci sarebbero altre cose che si sentono meno. Per ospiti di qualche giorno in estate tutto questo non importerà.

Il soggiorno a "Le Volte" complessivamente é da valutarsi molto positivo.

Pro: eccelllente posizione, ottimo utilizzo degli spazi, ottimo equipaggiamento generale, host (Enrico) gentile e super disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Contro: l'antico soffitto a volta a mattoni faccia a vista (che é un plus dell'appartamento e lo rende unico) rilascia pezzetti di mattone/malta che risultano essere fastidiosi (non so se sia possibile ma sarebbe opportuno fare un trattamento al soffitto). Complessivamente l'esperienza é da valutarsi molto positiva. Appartamento consigliato.

Sehr angenehme Loft, toll gelegen;

Die Loft hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, liegt aber in einem alten Gebäude mit Atmosphäre, mitten in der alten Stadt. Außerdem gibt es tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, und kann man Fahrrad fahren nach Pisa und bis ans Meer (obwohl man einige Hürden überwinden muss).

Ein gemütliches Loft mitten in der Altstadt.

Während meinem 5 wöchigen Sprachaufenthalt war diese zauberhafte Wohnung mein Zuhause. Die Ausstattung ist tip top. Von grossem Nutzen war die Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im regen Treiben. Lucca ist eine wunderbare Stadt. Enrico der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste.

Great place to explore Tuscany

We loved the location of this apartment. On a quiet street just off the main shopping district, we were close to everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the old city and city walls. Easy walking distance to the train station as we took a number of daytrips from our home base in Lucca. Thank you, Enrico.

This is an ideal place for one person

This is an ideal place for one person or a couple. Enrico’s apartment Is comfortable, on the ground floor so it’s easy to come and go, well situated, and well stocked with anything that you will need for your stay. You can cook for yourself or go to one of Enrico’s recommended restaurants. There is so much going on in Lucca! And the Spring is gorgeous.

Wonderful

Situated right in the heart of the old town. This wonderful little studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enrico couldn't be more helpful and recommended restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Lovely town, lovely apartment and lovely owner.

The apartment was tiny, cute and well maintained, exactly as shown in the pictures! No surprises!! The surprise was just how sweet the owner was. So friendly and helpful and always available for questions or recommendations. The apartment is in the best possible location, perfect for shopping, eating and exploring all parts of the city and the wall. I would definitely tell friends about Enrico and his wonderful apartment!!

Pristine, comfortable studio apartment in Lucca's historic center

My husband and I stayed eight nights in Le Volte in August 2017. Enrico responded very promptly to all communications and met us at the apartment on arrival to give us keys, information about the rental, and recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The apartment was nicely appointed, with great a/c (helpful for August weather!), a comfortable bed, a kitchen that included cooking implements (not used by us) and a coffee maker, a small collection of DVDs, and several music CDs as well as books in English. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely and fresh. The apartment is on the lowest level of a 700-year old building, and as a light sleeper I was a bit concerned about street noise, but we were never bothered at all by noise outside. The location was ideal for us. It was an easy 10-to-15-minute walk from the train station, a 5-minute walk to the historic city walls, and a 1-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Lucca was a great base for exploration in the region (day trips to Pisa, Viareggio, Montecarlo and wine tour). I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a relaxing, hassle-free stay in beautiful Lucca.

Gorgeous apartment in the centre of Lucca

Enrico the apartment owner is very helpful. He met me at the apartment and spent time explaining all about the accommodation. It was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The centre can be quite noisy but the windows are good plus there are shutters to prevent it from being annoying. I thought I had left something in the flat and enrico checked it very quickly and checked back with me to see if I had found it. I'd definitely stay here again

Nice apartment in a great location

My wife and I spent a week in Lucca in April. The apartment is a 15 min strole from the train station. Enrico met use at the apartment and was very hospitable and informative. He has a great since of humor. We could not have asked for anything more as the apartment provided all the comforts of home. It is located in the old town center close to everything. There is a great deli and a fruit/vegatable market directly across the street. It is within easy walking distance to a supermarket, many shops , bars and restaurants. Walking the city wall every day was a real treat. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

A gem in a lovely, lovely city

Fantastic Location and Beautiful Studio Apartmart

This Studio is only a 15 minute walk from the Train Station, centrally located in the center of town! Within a 5 to 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Italy. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful on local restaurants, markets, and recommended wines from the region. The Studio has all the comforts of home and is very spacious. We stayed in several locations in Italy and this is by far our most favorite place we stayed. This is a must to return to on our next trip.

Great holiday in the center of Tuscany

When we arrived Enrico warmly welcomed us with a bottle of good red wine! He made us feel at home as showed us around his lovely Apartment. Thank's to Enricos advices everything was delicious! We didn't travel far for most of the holiday preferred to spend our time in Lucca. We would highly recommend this letting.

Ausgezeichnete Betreuung bei unserer Ankunft

Erstklassige vorzufindende Ausstattung mit mit allem was man so im Haushalt benötigt. Enrico hat uns einmalige Ausgeh- und Einkaufstips gegeben . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiter emfpehlen. Isie ist ausserdem auf Grund ihrer sehr zentralen Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge in die Toskana.
