Hello! Thank you for your review. We typically get 5 star reviews, so I am sorry that the lost of a horseshoe and the remote caused a loss of a star. I also want to note that you did message at 9:40pm, so that is why you didn't get a response, especially after you messaged around 11pm saying you figured out the volume. This is important to note to future guests as reviews are VERY important, and sometimes a loss of a star rating is more of a punishment when guests have an enjoyable time.

It is unfortunate that you did not reach out to us or our property manager during your stay so that we could have promptly addressed any issues and ensured your comfort and satisfaction. Regarding the lawn maintenance, please understand that at the start of the summer season, it can be challenging to keep up with mowing after spring showers. We strive to maintain our property to the highest standards, but nature sometimes presents obstacles that are beyond our immediate control. As for the shade canvas, it is designed to be put up during the summer months to provide protection against wind and rain. We have implemented this seasonal approach to ensure the safety and durability of the structure. We value all feedback from our guests and use it as an opportunity to improve our services. We would have appreciated the chance to address your concerns during your stay to make it right for you. Thank you for your review. With as many positive reviews as my place does have, this review is not completely true. I do appreciate any feedback and glad you enjoyed your time in the mountains.

I appreciate your review, but I must clarify some things so other can see. We have had amazing reviews and you can go read them if you need proof or clarification. There isn’t tile and there isn’t mold. The keurig does work. It does sleep 9 because the couch sleeps 1 and there is an air mattress. I did tell you that there was lots of rain and the yard was overgrown and the lawn guy would be there. Yes, the door fell and I apologize for that, but it has been fixed. Toaster wasn’t listed as an appliance at the house. I am sorry you had to eat in shifts, but there was a chair that could have been moved to the table to make 4. Lastly, The house is located in a neighborhood, so neighborhood noise is normal. The neighbors are amazing and the neighborhood is extremely safe and clean. I will say, in response, that you were a very wonderful houseguest and I hope you come back to visit beautiful Hendersonville!
