We loved the little house, had most everything we needed. Very convenient to downtown . The coffee bar was great. I was there for my son’s wedding at the courthouse and then I stayed with my new grandson for the weekend. We felt safe and comfortable, would definitely stay again. And my grandson (3 mo) loved looking at the lights on the Christmas tree and the fireplace. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Girls’ weekend and our first time staying in Hendersonville. LOVED the house! Amazing coffee bar, snacks, clean, and well appointed with anything we needed. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Walking distance to downtown for restaurants and breweries. We were pleased the third bedroom had a single and a double (vs bunks as in the pics).

Wonderful! The TV’s and remotes were a problem the whole stay however. We never seemed to figure them out even after the host helped us. Other than that it was just fantastic!

Quick Spring Break get away

The property was clean and welcoming when we arrived late in the evening. It did take the water in the kitchen sink awhile to heat up to become hot. We loved that the entire house is is wheelchair friendly (once you manage the steps to get inside). The airflow in the house does seem to be a bit of a problem but we were only here two nights and one night was warm outside and the other was chilly. So it is a bit difficult to tell The property is located in a convenient spot, as we wanted to be able to travel to Asheville and Hendersonville. We would definitely recommend this property.

beautiful house

everything was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed out stay very much and would def stay again. The managers were very easy to communicate with and are very nice people. The pictures do not do this house justice! I loved the coffee bar!! the house is very close to downtown Hendersonville.

Amazing location.

Amid the destruction and devastation sat this, at first glance, quaint but very much alive home. The location affords walkability to shops and several restaurants in this unique area. Once you enter you will find a beautifully decorated, roomy home with all modern amenities. The beds were quite comfortable. The home was clean and well laid-out with all the conveniences of home. On a rainy day we could be perfectly content staying indoors playing the furnished board games (by the fireplace) with huge bowls of popcorn. The host was a personable and great communicator. We had everything we needed for this peaceful getaway with Gal Pals and definitely look forward to returning.

Great rental!

First I'd like to say that the communication with the property owner was wonderful. Always very quick to respond to any questions we had- thank you! This property was a great choice for my husband and his friend on their short trip originally to ride bikes in the area but pivoted to a volunteer trip after the hurricane. The property was clean and just as described in the listing. Thank you for accommodating them and for great communication!

Great place on the edge of town

All the reviews are true. This place is in a great location in Hendersonville. It is super clean and has lots of thoughtful touches. We will keep this one in our favorites when we return to the area.

Perfect getaway

This house was adorable. Very clean and exactly as pictured and advertised. The coffee bar is a really nice touch. We loved our week here. Location was close to downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Locals were all very friendly. If you like hiking and outdoors it is also close to plenty of outdoor activities. Looking forward to going back.

Perfect Home for a Family

We loved this property! Very clean and organized, hosts promptly answered a question before arrival, and we could walk to downtown Hendersonville. Extras (snacks, toys) were much appreciated! Comfy, cozy, and safe. We will stay here again!

Loved this cute house!

We loved this house! The rooms are good sized and all the space is well thought out and useful. We enjoyed being so close to downtown Hendersonville. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make everything comfortable and home-like for us. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to NC!

Visiting family

We have a sister who lives at Carolina Village. This property was so close and convenient. The property managers are super friendly and responsive. The home is well appointed for vacationers and we felt welcome from the moment we opened the door. We especially loved the coffee bar. I am certain this would be my first pick again when visiting my sister. All 4 sisters and niece who stayed here just loved it and raved about it!

This newer home is in the historic district of Hendersonville and is so close (1/2 mile) to downtown Main St. and all of its lovely shops and fantastic restaurants. It is truly an amazing place to live or visit!

Since we have a newer home in the historic district, built in 2020, it has upgraded amenities while still having the room to enjoy the home, yard and the quiet of the surrounding neighborhood.
