An attractive contemporary residence, on idyllic Brac island, set in the Adriatic sea, this property promises a relaxing break at any time of year. On the first floor of an independent house, the apartment, which sleeps 4 people, is just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The front door opens onto a hallway, which links all the rooms. There is a kitchen/dining area with a dining table, flat-screen TV and a modern fitted kitchen for easy meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The apartment encourages outdoor living and has a beautiful, shaded balcony with views down to the sea and to the city of Split beyond. On the balcony, there is a corner sofa and a second dining table for relaxed meals al fresco.

Location
The house enjoys a sunny position and lovely views. It is close to the centre of the vibrant town of Supetar. Supetar is blessed with a wide range of great restaurants and cafés, shops and other attractions. It is just a 45 minute ferry ride from the city of Split, and the apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from the port. The town has some fascinating history and a stroll through its charming streets.

For active holidaymakers, the resort of Bol (40 minutes), with its famous Zlatni Rat beach is a windsurfers’ paradise. Here visitors can find schools catering for beginners to more experienced surfers. The schools also offer diving and other water sports.

The freshest fish and best local fruit and vegetables are available at the local market close to Supetar’s ferry port. But you need to get there early! There are other supermarkets and smaller shops close by.

Brac airport is just 35 minutes from the apartment and Split International Airport is just over 2 hours away, via ferry.
