Orto degli Olivi is a characteristic stone farmhouse subdivided into 2 units, each with independent entrance. The house is immersed within greenery, surrounded by olive groves and woods, lies only 20 km from the city of Lucca and the sea. The about 2’000 sqm sized property is completely fenced – it features also a built in earth swimming pool 12 x 6 m, depth: 1.50m.
At the guests’ disposal there are a completely fenced property and a swimming pool set in earth (12 x 6 m, depth: 1,50 m). The swimming pool area is sunny all day long and is equipped with deck chairs, beach umbrella and external shower.
Parking within the property (electrical gate).
The owners live in an apartment with completely independent entrance close to the farmhouse but located on a lower level.
Unlimited internet access included. There is a traditional brick barbeque in the vicinity of the house in common use for both units.

The apartment is simple and cosy, furnished in country style with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings in the bedroom. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
