Das eigentliche Highlight, der Pool, war leider behördlicherseits gesperrt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht A, sondern maximal B bis C. Vor dem Hauseingang stehen Müllcontainer, an denen oft unsortiert wirklich alles abgeladen wird. Rechts von der Wohnung liegt eine Lagerhalle. Die dort abgefertigten LKW lassen dabei gerne ihre Kühlung laufen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist "old fashioned" und (zu) viel Stauraum mit unnötigem Zeug belegt. Die Küche enthielt ein Sammelsurium abgelaufene Lebensmittel mit MHD bis 2011 rückwirkend. Das TV bot nur eine Hand voll spanische Sender, kein deutsches/internationales Fernsehen.

Thank you for your review, although it is not the type of feedback we expected for such a beautiful apartment. Both you and we know the true reason behind this review (a demand for a refund), which is well addressed in the owner's response: "Regarding the comment, I don't understand it, because it's not true. He was extremely rude in every way. He even attempted to flirt with me when I arrived, and later, when Manolo came to replace the battery in the smoke detector, he started finding faults to demand a discount on the price. Yes, there are containers nearby, as in all communities; it's a necessary service. Others complain if they're absent or too far away, but no one has ever complained about the furniture before. On the contrary, guests usually like it. Perhaps he was annoyed that there are a couple of locked cupboards for our personal belongings, but this is quite common in many rentals. The comment about food is completely false—there is nothing expired or open. We always dispose of any opened items after each guest. In contrast, he left a box with trash and open food outside the apartment door. As for the TV channels, with the internet, guests can watch everything like the rest of the tenants. However, he had such an outdated phone that he could only make calls. We kindly request that he not stay in our house again. He has been, by far, the worst guest we've had to date. That said, we are always open to constructive feedback and willing to improve where possible"
