Great location

Easy to drive to Nerja or any other area. Parking is great. Beautiful decor. Great pools. Highly recommend but you do need a vehicle.

Wonderful sea view, wonderful apartment and wonderful pleace! 10min bus to Nerja 1,17€ or 5min taxi 10€. Ehh and this spectakular morning view from bedroom :) I recommend 100%

Beautiful Apartment with Amazing View!

Enjoyed a great 2 week stay here! Apartment is exactly as described and shown on listing. Dawn-Ava answered any questions immediately and resolved an internet issue promptly. The location is fabulous! Great for day trips to Nerja's Balcon de Europa, the Crystal Caves, La Alhambra in Grenada, Malaga, Seville, Cordoba and even to Gibraltar! The Apartment is clean, well equipped and comfortable and the day and night views from the large balcony are incredible!

Fab views

You need a car to take full advantage of the area, but its a short drive into Torrox Costa and Nerja. The apartment has amazing views from the balcony where we spent lots of time watching the sea. The apartment itself is roomy , very clean and has everything you need. There is a lift up from the carpark which is a bonus. When we stayed in March one pool was open but had no sunbeds out which was a shame, as we didnt tend to use it as being of the older generation its a struggle to lie on the floor! The only issue we had was water pressure, in the mornings we didnt have enough water in the bathrooms to wash, in the evenings we could have a half shower, we contacted Dawn Ava and the issue was being addressed by the managemnet company, regrettably this didnt happen before we left. Communication was excellent and the problems with the water didnt detract at all from the holiday.

Great sea views modern apartment

The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony out to sea was great. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to queries. I would recommend having a car as the nearest supermarket was too far to walk to. There are a couple of beach-side restaurants within walking distance. We used Helle Hollis at Malaga airport who were very good. Being out of Torrox town and Nerja meant that shops were not within walking distance but the advantage was that the beaches nearest the apartment did not become too busy. It was very useful to have the use of the beach umbrellas and mats. The beach was in walking distance although coming back was quite steep so would not suit people with mobility problems. The two pools are lovely but did get busy so if you are planning a "pool day" you would need to get there when they opened to secure sunbeds and sun-shades. The complex is well laid out and well maintained. We visited the Alhambra and Nerja caves . Both were well worth seeing. On the recommendation of the owner we had a meal at No. 34, the restaurant at Hotel Cabereo in Nerja. It was very good and if you can, book a table with a sea view. As it was a more sophisticated restaurant the prices were higher than elsewhere but not outrageous. I would recommend this apartment to others. We are from the U.K. and have used a number of Homeaway apartments in the past and this compared very well to those.

Not up to expectations/ somewhat mis-leading

View from terrace was great (best part). Location was good. Appreciated owner giving us some good recommendations for day trips. Pictures were somewhat misleading; rooms were smaller. Bedding, towels, pillows - low quality. One of single beds was very uncomfortable (rock hard). Master br was good but ensuite bathroom had somewhat of sewer odour (drains need attention?). Only take short showers; water will turn cold all of a sudden. Should be some info about how the dryer operates (not like North American dryers). Rental fee was mis-leading. When we decided to rent, the fee was posted in Canadian $. VRBO charged our credit card in Euros. This resulted in a 15% increase. The posting stated that parking was available; but it failed to mention that there's a daily fee. We accidentally locked ourselves out on the terrace/patio; these doors automatically lock behind you (never experienced this in our travels before). Called property owner; she was rather perturbed but did arrange for someone to come and let us back in (waited an hour and a half). She didn't mention anything about charging us for this. However, funds were deducted from our security deposit for a locksmith's fee (dishonest because there wasn't any locksmith involved; just the lady the owner usually employs to give new renters the keys upon arrival). The situation was ironic; in the instruction binder it stated to call her anytime if you got locked out and she would arrange delivery of a key, but no mentionof any fee.

Traumhafter Meerblick!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Der erste Eindruck mit dem traumhafen Blick über das Meer hat uns keinen Tag enttäuscht. Jeden Morgen konnten wir beim Frühstück den wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon genießen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich komplett mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch Strandhandtücher, ein Sonnenschirm und Liegen standen uns zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank noch mal für diesen 1 A -Service! Die Lage ist optimal um Ausflüge in der Umgebung zu machen oder auch einfach mal tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden die Wohnung unseren Freunden jederzeit weiter empfehlen

Ein hervorragendes Apartment in bester Lage mit herrlichem Meerblick!

Wir sind positiv überrascht worden: Es ist das schönste Apartment, was wir je gemietet haben. Das Apartment ist nicht nur vollständig eingerichtet, sondern man merkt insgesamt den privaten Charakter. So fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Die perfekte Einrichtung der Küche (auch Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner) machen den Urlaub angenehmer. Der große Balkon lädt zum Sonnen und Ausruhen ein. Wir waren vom 30.10. - 11.11.2018 hier und hatten gutes Sonnenwetter. Ausflüge nach Ronda, Nerja und Figliana haben wir unternommen. Den Strand und die Pools haben wir nicht genutzt. Dafür war es dann doch zu kühl. Schade, dass man die kostenfreie Sonne nicht zum Beheizen der Pools nutzt. Fazit: Ein hervorragendes Apartment, in dem nichts fehlt, und dass 100% der Beschreibung entspricht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dies Apartment gerne weiter. Superbe séjour!

Cet appartement situé sur la Costa Del Sol possède vraiment une vue époustouflante sur la mer! Il est très fonctionnel et parfait pour passer de très agréables vacances. De plus, les propriétaires sont toujours à l'écoute et disponibles en cas de soucis. Je recommande vivement cette location où avec mes amis nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables!

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

I think this must be the nicest apartment we have stayed in. All the attention to detail made it a real home from home. It's so convenient from the airport and easy to get to Nerja, Torrox and all the attractions that it was an ideal holiday location. Views from the balcony are stunning. We have returned home well satisfied.

Listing description was completely accurate. Unit was very clean, as was the complex. Easy 45 minute drive from the Malaga airport. Wonderful drives to Nerja, Torrox, Granada, Almuñécar, Mijas, Seville, and the Sierra Nevada Mtns (to ski!), etc. Central location to spend time in all these fantastic places. Nerja in particular is very close and has great restaurants, the caves, and the views from the Balcón de Europa are stunning. Ocean views amazing from the unit as well. The owner provided great customer service. Immediate replies to any questions we had. Very available on line to ensure our check-in was easy. Would highly recommend this property.

Views of the beach excellent

Lovely and clean - fabulous views. Kitchen was well equipped. Apartment complex was very quiet communal pool, although we didn't use it looked very well kept. Location was right in between Torrox and Nerja very easy to find.
