This spacious house sleeps 10 guests in 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is entered directly into a comfortably furnished lounge with feature fireplace and to one side of the lounge is the first of the bedrooms with an antique style double bed and to the opposite side, there is a shower room which boasts a large walk-in shower, w/c. A door leads from the lounge towards the front of the property and the enormous dining/kitchen, which is very well fitted and comes complete with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine plus a separate deep freeze. In the kitchen area is a flat screen TV with News and International channels, a DVD player and Sony Playstation 2 (please bring your own games). The long refectory table seats 10 with ease and there is a feature fireplace at one end of the room. A door leads from the kitchen onto the barbeque terrace. An open sided staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor and the four remaining bedrooms, there are two doubles and two twins plus two further bathrooms. For private sun bathing there is also a small sun terrace on this level. The large 12 metre pool with steps takes pride of place to the front of this Pollenca Bay villa and is set amongst lawned gardens with an inviting front covered terrace complete with brick built barbecue. This area is designed for outside living and has dining facilities as well as a plentiful supply of outside furniture for relaxing under the sun. The owners have laid out an attractive seating area on the opposite side of the house providing plenty of shade and incorporates an old olive tree. The windows do not have screens on them, therefore it is recommended to keep the windows open and the shutters closed. You should use plugins for mosquito’s in the bedrooms and at night and use the air conditioning to keep the rooms cold.
