Fantastic base for a London visit!
Spent a week in “festive season” with my teenage daughter: sights, shows, shopping. The flat is tucked into an unassuming little building in a very quiet block, just steps from the Tate Modern and 12 minutes from Borough Market. Very easy access to bus and tube at all hours. The flat was wonderful! Two bedrooms, one fully equipped with armoire and dresser, the other smaller but perfectly serviceable (we shared the storage in larger room). The kitchen was a dream-we just used it for tea, toast, fruit, etc, but you could easily prepare a full meal here. Living room was very comfortable and spacious. Laundry is “all in one” washer-dryer, and does very small daily loads. In retrospect we could have packed SO lightly, as we did a small daily wash. Bathroom is well stocked, clean, and large - no vent, so it gets a little steamy.Overall a really delightful home away from home!
