The flat was in an excellent location and worked fine for our needs. There were a few minor issues with the flat but the property manager was very responsive and overall we were happy with our stay.

Beautiful apartment. We were impressed with how clean it was and felt great about all of our needs being attended to. The soap and hair products were an added bonus. Close to bus routes and restaurants.If I were to comment on an improvement it would be to communicate earlier that there was no lift, as my mother walks with a cane and 5 flights of stairs was a lot for her. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This property showed better in the photos than it did in person. We were significantly disappointed with the cleanliness of the flat as there was pigeon droppings outside one of the bedrooms and feathers which would fall onto the suitcases and fans located in the room. When we arrived it was 31 degrees celsius inside and was very uncomfortable.

The Good: Apartment was bigger than it seemed from the listing. Well maintained and spacious with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry.The Bad: Location is a little bit out of the action, if looking for restaurants and city-life in the evenings, but close enough to walk or take transit.

Amenities were great. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I just didn’t like that checkout instructions were released the night before and drop off door keys at the corner store was unavailable since the store was closed early morning when we had to leave. I wasn’t charged for having to leave the keys in the apartment but it caused a bit of stress since I couldn’t coordinate with anyone before operating hours.

Very clean flat in central London, well located and priced. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Building was a bit worn inside and out but satisfactory, though there always seemed to be bags of trash in the doorway outside. Rooms seemed smaller than pictured in some cases. Beds on the so-so side (average, not super comfy but clean and ok). Check-in was not as convenient as hoped - getting keys with a check-in code 5-6 blocks away while then navigating parking and luggage. Pull-out couch terrible and we could never find or get sheets for it. No AC and was very hot but had ample fans. Bummer was the jackhammering outside the window most mornings. Bottom line - it’s a good clean flat with a price appropriate for what you get. If you’re looking for a reasonable, basic stay then great. If you want more creature comforts than perhaps not.

The flat is very spacious. Both bedrooms are large. The dining area and living room is huge. Having 2 bathrooms is great with 4 adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with all necessary dishes. The fridge was nice and big. The only thing lacking in the kitchen was a tea towel to dry dishes when we washed them in the sink. The host left lots of toilet paper (nice) and there were lots of towels. Very close (10 min walk) to Holburn tube station and about 25 min walk to Euston station. Clean, safe area with lots of cafes very close (within 1-2 minute walk). Queens Head pub just 30 second walk down the street. Great location. Great flat. I would stay here again!
