Completamente remodelado, capacidad para 6 personas, pasos de la playa.

Esta es una unidad de la planta baja de propiedad y operación familiar que fue remodelada recientemente. Estamos a pasos de la arena y Pavilions Grocery. Esta propiedad está en una ubicación privilegiada en la península de Balboa. ¡Una vez que llegue, no necesitará volver a subir a su automóvil! Compras, muelles, restaurantes, bares y la playa, todo a un par de minutos a pie.

Nuestro condominio completamente remodelado cuenta con una cocina completa con electrodomésticos nuevos y una sala de estar de concepto abierto. Manténgalo fresco con una puerta plegable y ventiladores de techo en cada habitación. Relájese en el patio y escuche los sonidos de la playa cerca o descanse en el sofá seccional, 2 camas queen y una cama king.

Lavadora y secadora compartidas están disponibles para su uso y un lugar de estacionamiento en el garaje.

¡Juguetes de arena, tablas de surf, tablas de surf y una gran carreta roja para transportar todo por un día en la playa!

Perfecto para esa semana de escapada con ... o sin los niños.

Esta es una propiedad familiar y no permitimos fiestas grandes, mascotas o fumar.

Si necesita más espacio, tenemos una unidad en el piso de arriba con capacidad para 8 personas (listado # HA 4770922).
Ambas unidades se pueden alquilar juntas para alojar a 14 personas (listado # VRBO 1270699). ¡Ideal para familias numerosas!

Spring Break get away

This place is in a great location very clean. We had 5 other families near us and there houses were not nearly as as clean or nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Perfect location, walkable to so many things! House was clean and exactly as described. Host was very friendly, and we felt safe in this area too. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Great Location

This home is in a great location. Walking distance to the pier, restaurants and grocery store. Lots of room for 6 in the house. Home came with all linens, plenty of pillows and extra blankets.

Holiday rental

Loved the location of this home! Worked perfectly for our family and three young kids. Host was amazing to communicate with. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Not a complaint, but a note that there is no shampoo, conditioner, soap etc and will need to bring your own.

Nice unit, excellent location.

A very nice unit only and 1/2 block to the beach. Grocery store also 1/2 block so no need to drive. Easy daily walk to the Pier business area and walk on the beach or quiet road for exercise.

Nice place, owner very friendly and accommodating

Property has been recently renovated. Everything very functional, nice sliding patio door to let in cool air. Does not have A/C, but that wasnt a problem as the weather was nice and cool. Has beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc. Was perfect for our beach day.

Wonderful location!

My husband, son and I had a lovely stay here for spring break. The location of the house can’t be beaten. Steps from the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. It was clean, plenty of space for the three of us, and easy communication with Malia. As it’s a downstairs unit you do hear the people upstairs, but it didn’t bother us except for our last night when the new group staying were very loud moving around upstairs at 2am(!). Other than that one night it was a perfect stay!

Perfect Beach Trip!

This was my 3rd trip to Newport Beach and by far one of our best trips yet. This place is amazing, clean, well kept, easy check in/out, quite neighborhood, comfy beds and so close to everything!!! Communication with the owner was great. We were a party of 6, 2 adult parents and 4 teenagers. We can't wait to come back. You won't be disappointed if you rent this place.

Perfect location, beautiful property

Absolutely couldn’t have been better. The location couldn’t have been much more ideal and the amenities the property offered were a nice surprise. You can tell immediately the owner takes pride in the property and giving a good experience to the guest. My only suggestion would be to take a sound machine just in case the upstairs tenants are night owls. Definitely will be back!

Already booked again for next year!

This was our third year staying in this place... and I have already booked it again for next year. The place is great, but honestly the location just cannot be beat. It is a one minute walk to the sand. A one minute walk to the grocery store and several restaurants. About a ten minute walk to surf shops, and ten or fifteen minute walk to the boardwalk with all the food and shopping available there. There is a garage, but we had no problem finding street parking right outside as well. Easy to walk to the beach and then walk home for lunch and then head back out. I don't think we'd be happy staying anywhere else after staying here.

Beautiful Newport Beach Condo in a Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at Malia's condo in Newport Beach. The unit was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, and it was great to have a garage for parking. The location is perfect. A few steps to the beach and close walking distance to restaurants and shops. The host Malia was great. Provided all the needed information and was very responsive. The only thing I would have changed is the second bedroom that has two queen beds actually has the attached bathroom with a double sink vanity and the bedroom with the king bed that my wife and I slept in uses the hall bathroom. But I understand the configuration given the sizes of the rooms. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, Malia.

The house was the perfect place for my family to celebrate everything. Everything was as described. Location was perfect, house was very clean, comfortable and updated. Having the beach chairs, carts and umbrellas there was very convenient. Will definitely stay again.

A true beach house

The house was beautiful! Recently remodeled, beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. The rooms were nice and big. We were steps away from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check in and great communication with host. I was pleasantly surprised by the beach toys, chairs and beach wagon. Made for a great time at the beach!

Great location and property!

Malia welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The location couldn’t have been any better- about 8 houses down from the beach and you don’t have to cross any streets to get there. There are lots of shops close- a grocery store within walking distance and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Exactly as it appears...Great house steps from the beach!

This listing is managed by a family and we met Malia at check-in with her daughter. Since most listings in the area are run by large management companies it was refreshing to actually deal with the owner directly. The house is extremely clean and well maintained, the room with two beds is a fantastic kids room. Everything worked and the city has a no tolerance party rule. We saw all these college kids (25+ people) congregating next door, I spoke with Malia and we never heard one peep. So even though the houses are close together don't worry you won't have any issues with noise etc. We have stayed in tons of VRBOs and highly recommend this property.

Enjoyable beach spot for our school break

118A was easy to find, easy to access, about 8 houses away from the sand and water and had everything inside you would need for a vacation. Plenty of room for us and our 2 kids (ages 9 and 14) and enough away from the hub-bub near the pier to feel safe and secure. We walked a block away to the grocery store and rarely needed our rental car. There were several restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, coffee as well as cute beach shops - all walkable to get to. Loved that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, and sand toys available to us (provide your own beach towels), and the kitchen had all the cookware/tools we needed, and the WiFi was good. Only drawback were the walls are paper thin: you can hear neighbors upstairs and anyone talking/walking/noisemaking outside the property. Regardless, we really enjoyed our time there and would stay again!
