The Space:
The apartment has:
- 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a table and 6 seats
- Bedroom 1 with one King bed
- Bedroom 2 with one King bed
- Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom) with one Queen bed and its private bathroom (free-standing bathtub)
- Bedroom 4 (Master Bedroom) with one Double bed and its private bathroom (shower)
- 1 Bathroom with shower and 1 WC included.
- 1 Separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 8 people and a maximum of 10 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:

Bedroom 2 with a 5*****king bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** queen bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 4 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses

The apartment is equipped with:

a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the Masterlock inside N°1
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor
- We will send you the code of the Masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a luxurious enclave situated conveniently close to several iconic Parisian landmarks. A few minutes walk to the west lies the Louvre Museum, a world-renowned museum steeped in history and art. The Louvre Museum, once a royal palace, is housing a vast and diverse collection of historic and iconic artworks. Its iconic glass pyramid draws visitors from across the globe to explore its extensive collection.
Located a stone's throw south, the Bibliothèque Nationale de France (BNF) stands as one of the most stunning libraries in Paris having reopened its doors just in 2022 after a decade of renovations . It's a hub for scholars, book lovers, and those seeking knowledge in various domains. The (very) lengthy refurbishment of this site was primarily due to its advanced age—302 years old, to be exact—and the enormous collection of documents it houses—20 million items—that had to be transferred and safeguarded during the building's transformation. The freshly renovated 58,000 square meters, spread across thirteen levels, are now open to the general public.
Just a stroll to the east leads to the charming and eclectic Marais district. Its cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and vibrant art scene offer a unique blend of Parisian history and contemporary culture. Boutiques, art galleries, and bistros line the streets, creating an atmosphere that effortlessly merges tradition with modern trends.
This neighborhood, surrounded by these prominent landmarks, offers a luxurious yet diverse Parisian experience, blending art, culture, and history in an ambiance that resonates with both sophistication and charm. The neighborhood is very safe, with all its monuments in our vicinity.

- Chatelet- les Halles: 7 minutes: Ligne 1, 4, 7, 11 & 14, RER A, B & D
- 45 minutes to CDG : RER B
- 50 minutes to Orly Airport by Taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
