Authentic Ibiza finca in the heart of the island, in a beautiful natural setting, with many fruit trees and a few minutes drive from the village of San Rafael. Built around 1823 and in 2000 there was a wonderful restoration, while maintaining the Ibizan architecture. The beautiful wooden ceilings and the new interior with modern materials.
The outdoor area of the finca is characterized by various terraces with chill out, barbecue,swimming pool, gym, pool table, and a well-kept pretty garden that is illuminated at night. Here in the countryside you can feel the magic of the Ibizan summer nights. This is a good base for your explorations of “undiscovered Ibiza”, with the lush olive and lemon groves, past small towns.
On the 1st floor (50m²) is the master bedroom with salon (TV / SAT /, air conditioning) and a luxurious bathroom with hydromassage plus a private terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains.
