Para experimentar la herencia y el ambiente de la Granada árabe de una forma elegante y cómoda. Este apartamento se hallan en un Carmen del siglo XVIII ubicado en el Albaicin, el casco antiguo de Granada patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. El apartamento está situado en la zona del Albaicin mas próxima al centro de Granada, a menos de 350m de Plaza Nueva y 800m de la Alhambra.

Parking disponible a petición. El encargado vive en el mismo edificio.

Apartamento 1B tiene su propia terraza amplia con muebles para comer fuera o simplemente tomar el sol.

Tiene un dormitorio con cama matrimonio grande y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Hay una cama individual suplementaria para un adulto y una cuna para bebes disponible a petición.

Los apartamentos han sido rehabilitados con la idea de combinar el encanto del edificio de siglo XVIII con la comodidad y el estilo contemporáneos de las instalaciones mas modernas. El apartamento tiene calificación por gas natural, aire-acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en los dormitorios. Un buena señal de wifi en todo el apartamento y una ducha con agua caliente ilimitada.

Tenemos dos garajes privadas cerca de los apartamentos disponible a petición que cuesta 15 euros al día.

Absolutely marvelous place to stay for 4 nights. Perfect location, the home is considerably equipped, the beds are comfotable, the fridge is cold and the deck is divine! Jamie is a ten star host. We are very happy.

The accommodations were clean and welcoming. Fantastic outdoor space. Jamie, the property manager, was an exemplary host who greeted us upon arrival and provided a fount of information on Granada in general and on the Alhambra in particular. We were provided with exact information on how to access the rental property.

Fantastic apartment. Communication was flawless. Jamie was there to meet us and show us around. Apartment was clean and well equipped with loads of space for a family of four. Even in 38-39 degree heat it was easy to keep the apartment cool with AC at warmer times and great ventilation at others. We really enjoyed evenings on the terrace and the Albaicin neighbourhood is amazing. Would 100% book again.

Bang for the buck! Great location to spend time in Granada; you can spread out, relax after a day of walking up and down the hills. Nicely appointed kitchen, bathroom, living space, and bedrooms. We were very comfortable. Only ding on listing was no dryer….only the close line. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay worth the money

Beautiful property in the heart of Granada. My partner and I stayed for our anniversary and we had a wonderful job. Jamie was informative and helpful the entire time and it was definitely worth the money wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Granada and will definitely be booking again for any future Granada trips!

Great spot, great people

This apartment was clean, well located and had all we needed. The owner answered all of our many questions quickly, and the property manager was incredibly helpful, especially when one member of our group got injured and we needed a bit of extra assistance. I love the albaicin neighborhood and would stay here again any time.

Could not have been any better!

This was our favorite VRBO in Spain. The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable with a great shower , bed, and terrace. Jamie was incredibly helpful - he went above and beyond and having him onsite was a real bonus for us. We would like to come back some day!

Fabulous apartment

This was a beautifully presented apartment with a real Spanish feel to it. Lots of nice touches, well equipped kitchen, large terrace that was not overlooked in a very quiet but central location. Really good communication from owners and the manager of the building. Had a really enjoyable weekend and would definitely go back again.

The old town is great and the location perfect . The apartment has everything you need. Jamie was welcoming and helpful . Outside space added bonus. Fabulous cafe 2-3 mins walk from apartment which was wonderful for breakfast and well priced . The cafe 4 gato . Tiny and super busy . Would recommend.

Very comfortable and well equipped .

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Situated in the heart of Albaycin. The property manager James is very kind and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is putting double window in the rooms so the outside noise (motorcycles and voices) wouldn't bother during the night. It was a perfect vacation Granada is a wonderful city.

Interesting apartment in old part of city with lots of narrow streets and shops.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Granada. The information we had in advance about finding the apartment and access was very good as was the information about local bars and restaurants accompanied by a map. The map on arrival to locate the small supermarket nearby was also very useful. All our enquiries were answered promptly. We very much enjoyed exploring this intersting city.

Lovely property in a great location

This property is centrally located in the Albaicin and is just a short walk to all points of interest. It is fully equipped and appears exactly as in the photos. Our family spent two weeks here, and everything went smoothly. Jamie, the property manager, went out of his way to help our family with activities and tickets. He was an excellent host. If you are looking for a lovely Spanish home in the heart of Granada, I cannot imagine a better property than this one!

Great apartment close to everything.

This apartment was very nicely renovated to bring comfort into a beautiful, historic building. If you are driving to this home, definitely follow the map that is sent to you and don't try to get there with navigation systems. It is a tricky place to find and the streets are very narrow and challenging to drive on if you are not familiar with the area. We loved our stay in Granada and found Jamie extremely helpful with everything.

Charming and comfortable

The neighbourhood is fascinating and full of character, although driving a car in the narrow, winding streets is hair-raising for a North American. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. Grocery shopping options nearby are limited. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and well maintained. The roof-top terrace would be enjoyable in warmer weather. The care-taker (Jamie) was friendly and helpful. No complaints.

We tried to book this apa...

We tried to book this apartment but were beaten to it by someone else. The owner offered us another apartment (2a) in the same block. The location is absolutely fantastic. Literally minutes walk to some lovely little tapas bars and restaurants - in either direction but on a very quiet road. The apartment we were offered was on the top floor with a view of the Alhambra from the roof terrace and was spacious, clean cool and very comfortable. The owners were very helpful with information and the onsite manager was nice. We had a fabulous week and would highly recommend these apartments.

"Great appartment, clean and quiet. The location is very good, even if the streets are narrow when you come by car. There you will need someone walking in front of the car to be able to turn on some streets. The owner gave us a lot of information regarding parking, bars and restaurant around There was some workers in the building next to this appartment but even if there were making some noise, it was not really a problem for the siesta on THE terrace, with the cat coming to see us (or trying to catch the birds). The terrace is very nice, just relax there is such a good experience Special thanks to Lisa for beeing there when we had questions. Definitively a place to come to enjoy this beautiful city"

Comfort of Home

Having this place that has the warmth of home and every necessity provided to us made our visit to Granada even more enjoyable. The home itself was a perfect blend of old and new. We really felt sad to leave. Jamie, our host responded to every question or ,request quickly and showed us genuine hospitatlity. We loved the location in the heart of Albicin, the oldest part of Granada, with a large patio that overlooked the church and a canopy that could be easily rolled out for a rain shower. The kitchen had everything we needed, including thoughtful items like spices, oil, sugar, coffee and tea to name a few. The beds were very cozy and we enjoyed the big bath tub and shower. It would be hard to note anything that we needed that our host did not provide. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Granada and highly recommend this apartment.
