Impresionantes vistas frente al mar y un nivel superior de vida en esta casa frente al mar recientemente amueblada de Deer Lake, construida en 2010. 30 millas en coche a 49 Degrees North Ski Resort en Chewelah. Construido a medida con tres dormitorios y amplias salas de estar compartidas. Master tiene un baño de lujo con una escultura original de cascada de roca en la ducha. Tres sofás convertibles en cama doble en la sala de estar (camas para 14 personas en total), tres baños, cuarto de lavado completo en el piso principal, cocina totalmente amueblada, balcón con barbacoa Traeger y mesa de butano con vista al lago. Televisores de pantalla plana grandes en la sala principal y excelente, equipados con acceso a televisión por cable y otras opciones de visualización. Un montón de juegos (incluida la mesa de tejo), telescopio y binoculares para disfrutar de las gloriosas vistas, libros y videos. Cocina gourmet completamente surtida. Fun Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for a little weekend getaway with kids. We fished off the dock and went to check out the resort across the lake for an afternoon. The owners were super responsive and we felt like we had everything we needed. We had a great time!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Fun lake property. Our group of 8 had a great time. The kitchen table was plenty big enough to fit all of us. The lake and dock were amazing. I would recommend bringing fishing poles! It was also nice to have the Traeger, and plenty of spots for a nice fire and roasting marshmallows. The host was very kind and communicative. We all had a great time!

Great family getaway

Beautiful pristine lake. Beautiful cabin with amazing views of the lake. Owners quick to resolve our check in issue. Had a great time and will look at booking again. Only small inconvenience: no ladder on the dock. Besides this small inconvenience we for sure will be back

Nice location very relaxing.

My cousins and I had a great girls weekend. The only complaint we had was that some chairs were broken, when getting a pot/pan, plates or utensils from drawer they were dirty and there was dog hair on furniture but other than that it was great. Owners may want to consider a new housekeeper. However it was a Beautiful house with a beautiful views of the lake.

Quiet Week of Work and Relaxation

The property is great. Wonderful house with beautiful views of the lake from the entire common area and master bedroom. I was working remotely during the day while the family enjoyed the Lake. We would stay again. The owners were accommodating and checked in to make sure we were settled and enjoying ourselves. Very thankful for their hospitality.

Stunning views and lasting new memories!

There are no words for a most incredible place. It was very close to a wedding venue we were attending and our entire family fit here so comfortably. The only suggestion I might give is don't use google maps. The contact person was quick to help us figure that out so we got right to our destination using his directions. Fantastic place for a family to enjoy!

great getaway

house is great for small get togethers. parking is limited to 2 small vehicles. not sure the house can accommodate more than 10 adults unless its all couples. 3 bedrooms with total of 5 beds plus living room with assorted sleeping areas(couches etc.)

Beautiful, luxurious, cozy family getaway on a quiet, snowy lake

House was warm and toasty when we arrived. Everything was fresh and new. We loved the shuffleboard table. Appreciated the firewood being there for us. There was plenty for our family to quietly enjoy: lots of indoor games and crafts, good sound system and big screen televisions. Really great cooking together in the high-end and well-stocked kitchen. Just the midwinter R&R we needed!

One if the best places to stay

The property was great. Very accommodating. Billie was easy to reach when needed. The house was pretty well stocked and we all enjoyed the shuffleboard. Views were spectacular the dock makes the property even more enjoyable. Only downside if you like “sleeping in” bring a eye mask. The master bedroom has great light but a skylight is directly above bed and light from bathroom lights up the room when sun rises.

Very comfortable, well located lake home. Easy to work with owners, quick to resolve any questions. We did our own initial cleaning due to previous dogs in home. We have 2 family members with allergies.

Family Lake Trip

We were so thrilled with this property. We enjoyed our time on Deer Lake. Working with the family on this property was seamless. The house was so well stocked. One of the best we've ever rented. We will definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again. The only negative was the parking, which is not the property's fault. Our large suburban fit length wise in front of the garage. It would be tight for two cars.

You have to have good weather!

So many things were not working at this property and it was not clean. It rained our whole stay so we were left to just enjoy the property but things did not work out that way. Many things were non functional or broken.

We had a wonderful stay at Frankly My Deer thanks to Billie. She gave superb and immediate service! She texted helpful directions so we drove right to the house, she helped us find a spot for my mother in law's car in town, and brought us a can opener within ten minutes of request. Billie you're the best! The home was lovely and inviting. A little dog hair, but that was minor compared to the beautiful surroundings. You'll need four wheel drive in the wintertime along the narrow road. Overall a great place and great service!

Good Times!

If anyone leaves Frankly My Deer bored, unrested and hungry is their own damn fault! This gorgeous house is very welcoming and the hosts, Billie and Kevin, are very accommodating and friendly. My family had such a beautiful time and couldn't thank my husband and I enough for this time together. I only have two suggestions: The shallow area of lake is very rocky and no good way to get on the dock from the water. These both are not conducive for the elderly and/or those with disabilities. By the way, the water was just right for swimming and fishing. Caught 6 trout and 1 bass! Good times with good people made it great! Thank you!

Pictures did not show the amount of steps

The house was nice, but pictures did not show the entry was up a very narrow and steep staircase and our party arrived after dark and was very concerned about the entry but made it up. The unit was nice but the photos portrayed the family room much larger than it is.The bedrooms were up another set of stairs and again never portrayed in the photos. upon arrival, the patio door was wide open, so weren't sure if someone or a critter was in the property.Our party left and went to a hotel, concerned about getting the luggage up all the stairs.Contacted the owner with the concerns and let them know we wouldn't be staying there, asking for a partial or full refund which was denied.We knew it was a no cancelation policy but figured given the circumstances they might consider.The property required 50% down when booked, but they took 100% from the get go, should have been a sign! Property owners were not all that responsive compared to our multiple other Vrbo owners we have dealt with over the years. There is a host of rules that we received after the property was booked and received information on how to find the property at 4pm on day of arrival!!!

We rented this home for a company get away to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We had a great time and really enjoyed the lake and the home. I've identified the pros and cons below. Hope this helps. In a nutshell, if the jacuzzi and road were fixed I would rent this place again and give it another star. Pros: Nice place, on the water, great dock, great views, lots of games like shuffleboard, great amenities and ambience. Very nice decor and a nice kitchen. Tons of trails to hike, ATV or stroll Cons: I woke up with dog hair all over my clothes from the sheets. I assume it was the previous renters dog and was missed by the cleaners? Horrible road leading into the home which runs between the house and the water. Potholes that are deep enough to jar your teeth. Jacuzzi was broken, parking was very very tight along the pothole road with just enough space for traffic to squeeze between the house and car after parked. Hot water tank ran out of hot water pretty quickly for a large home.

Amazing week at Deer Lake

We just got back from a wonderful week on Deer Lake. The weather was beautiful and the house was exactly as advertised. We ate in for every meal, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The gas "fireplace" on the covered porch was the perfect place for toasting smores and watching the sunset over the lake. We took a few hikes into the woods around the lake, but spent most of our days floating in the water and soaking up the sunshine! This house had everything we needed, but honestly the best part was the hosts. Billie and Kevin were very responsive and really took it upon themselves to make sure that we had a great time. We forgot a pump to blow up our floaties, and they brought us one to borrow. We mentioned that my son would like to try fishing, and the brought him a pole and bait! We noticed a minor issue with our hot tub, and they were there within hours to correct it. The list goes on and on. They were simply fabulous! A couple of things to note about this property: The nearest town is Loon Lake, which is 10 or 15 minutes away. They have a gas station, a couple of coffee shacks, a restaurant or two, and a grocery/hardware store combo we referred to as the "Food and Stuff". The hardware side has a little bit of everything, from fishing gear to automotive and plumbing supplies. The grocery side is really more of a large convenience store. No fresh food to be found. If you want a real grocery store, the nearest one is Yoke's Market, in Deer Park, which is about 25 minutes away. Just something to keep in mind when you're deciding how much food to bring. The other thing to note is that if you're a Google Maps user (like I am) the directions are wrong and will try to take you to a road way up the hill behind the house. (I heard Apple Maps is better but can't confirm.) It's actually super easy to get there though. Just take US-395 north to the town of Loon Lake, then right onto Gardenspot Road for 3-4 miles, then left onto East Deer Lake Road. After about 3 miles the pavement ends and the road becomes hard packed dirt/gravel. Just continue on this same road for another mile or so (don't take any of the turnoffs) and you will end up at the house. Be aware that the last quarter mile or so the speed limit drops to 5 mph. There will be signs and speed bumps, so you'll know.

5-star potential

This is a very nice house on the shore of a nice lake. The views are really beautiful. The overall layout of the house is great. It has all the potential of being a 5-star rental, but just fell short in so many ways, that I could only give it 3-stars. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, powder room and great room that are spacious and well decorated. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a master bedroom and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The property description says that the house will sleep 15, but I'm not sure that's accurate. There are enough beds to sleep 8, and I can't imagine fitting another 7 people on the 3 couches in the house. When we arrived at the house, it was dirty. Part of the issue is the dark hardwood floors throughout the house that show any and all dust and dirt. In addition to this, however, there were clods of dirt on the floors as if it hadn't been vacuumed. I found a broom and vacuum and got to work immediately, and it didn't take long to clean the floors. We also contacted the property owner, who was very apologetic and even waived our cleaning fee, which was nice. The house wasn't stocked well, which was especially disappointing considering that the closest grocery store was not all that close. There wasn't any dishwashing soap, paper towels, napkins or laundry detergent at the house. There were very few spices at the home. For example, there was salt, but no pepper. There were empty containers of cooking spray and oil in the cupboards. There were so few dishes and glasses that we needed to run the dishwasher after every meal so that we would have enough to use at our next meal. We ended up having to go to to grocery store to get what we needed. The barbecue was a Traeger which required pellets and only got up to about 275F at its hottest. We had to abandon our plans to barbecue the first night we arrived when, after 20 minutes on the grill, our burgers were still raw. Our kids were excited about making smores on with the firepit/coffee table pictured in the photos of the home, but both propane tanks on the deck were empty, so we had to abandon that plan, as well. There are not window coverings on all of the bedroom windows and all of the bedrooms have skylights. Our kids rose with the sun because of this, so there was no sleeping in for any of us. With more attention to detail and a few tweaks, this 3-star could be a 5-star getaway, but it fell short for us.

Lovely Lake Life

My partner and I spent eight nights here and had a variety of family members joining us off and on for the Labor Day weekend. The house was perfectly stocked for a plug and play stay. We loved the slow pace of the single lane lake life and felt safe during our stay. Our favourite memories were on the the dock, the kids … well, all of us loved jumping of the end in the beautiful clean lake. Sunsets and bubbles were cool too. Owners and their supports were kind and responsive- it was a pleasure to run into you! Fam is already planning a trip back.
