3000 sq ft modern home. 2 stories with a loft and walkout basement. Custom built in 2017. 45 minutes from Spokane on the east shore of Deer lake. Boating and fishing. Fun atmosphere all summer long. Beautiful and serene in the winter. Wildlife sighting is common. Eagles, deer, moose, cougars and bears.

Great place for our family getaway! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and an awesome location right on the water. The view out of the living room windows and deck is stunning and we were able to play on the water all day.

We have stayed at this cabin a few different times now and all of our stays have been spectacular! The cabin is spacious, well stocked, and such a beautiful location. The host is responsive and easy to contact. We couldn’t ask for more. Our family looks forward to visiting every year!

This is our second year at this property. It fits our family perfectly. We had a great time enjoying the lake. Hosts are so nice and helpful! We are planning a trip next year!!

The house and experience was exactly as expected and we had a wonderful weekend. We traveled with 10 people and 1 little dog. We were comfortable, felt taken care of and loved almost everything about this home. The only things that could have been improved were trivial and we would come back to this home in a heartbeat!

Family Lake Week

Everything we wanted it to be! Plenty of room for our family. Great lake area, nice chairs paddle boards etc.. even when we had a couple of cold days we were able to gather inside and play games around the nice large table. Nice deck and plenty of seating. Easy check in and out. Beautiful home, would definitely stay again!

Property was just as listed. There was a fire nearby and owner made sure we were aware and ready to evacuate if necessary. Very accommodating.

Deer Lake house

Wonderful views of Deer Lake. Great sleeping arrangements. All of the cooking utensils you could ask for. Excellent hosts. Easy and responsive communication with our hosts. Would have loved to stay longer.

Great family get away!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin on the lake. Everything was well stocked, clean, and we loved being able to walk right onto our own private beach area. We couldn’t ask for anything better!

Birthday trip

The house is so beautiful and the lake was gorgeous. We were able to use the kayaks and paddle boards on the water. We absolutely loved the deck overlooking the water. There was a ton of space for everyone and we had such a wonderful time!

Amazing

We spent the week celebrating my parents 59th wedding anniversary, my mom's birthday and Fathers Day. We had an amazing time playing games on the enormous deck and enjoying the breathtaking views! The kayaks were a lot of fun too!

Beautiful lake and property

Even though the weather did not cooperate, and it rained our entire vacation, we still had so much fun!! House was stocked with games and movies, and the ping pong table was a nice surprise! The house was very nice and the owner was very nice as well! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended 😃

Every year we take an annual family trip with my two sisters, my brother and our spouses. This year we chose this amazing place. The house was perfect with the most beautiful views. Large Family Gathering

This was our first (won’t be the last!) visit to Deer Lake for our yearly family vacation. There were 10 of us and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time when we are all together. I love having my children, grandchildren and great grandchild all sleeping under the same roof! The teens and 20 year old loved the kayaks and paddle boards. The guys caught fish - great place to stay!

Gorgeous view and property. We had a large family group and the space handled all of us well. You can only park 3 vehicles at the site, but the host offered alternate parking at their shop. All of the teens and young adults enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Fishing was slightly productive , but fun anyway. The biggest obstacle for us was that the stairs to access the home, and to access the beach had no railings. It made it very difficult for our disabled granddaughter, as well as the elderly in our group. We ended up using ropes on both stairways in order to keep everyone safe. We loved the grill and blackstone and would definitely think about visiting again.

Beautiful lakefront house with great amenities

This house is even better than the pictures in the listing. It’s spacious and has a big deck overlooking the lake. The beach area and dock was great for the whole family. The house stayed nice and cool even on the hottest days. The ping pong table was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a variety of pots and pans for cooking. The hosts were great and always responded to our questions right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to visit again next summer!

Deer Lake, A slice of heaven!!

I have taken my Children and Grandchildren to Deer Lake for the past ten years! This lake home fit our family best. Great bedroom and bathroom privacy for the whole family. The location on the East side is perfect for afternoon sun!! Coming from Portland we always had so much to pack...not this year! The host provided kayaks and long boards for family to use. The host also provided a place for the boat trailer! Thanks Cris! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We would all love to return next year!

Beautiful home and view of lake

Owner was great, his home is beautiful and we really enjoyed the lake. We would go back if neighborhood and management was different.The neighborhood - homes very close and very noisy. The manager, didn’t really help us, just noisy and can be alittle rude at times. Parking for a 4 + bdrm, 3 cars parking only and neighbors are watching. No boat access close to home.

Summer 2024

Place was great. 4 full bedrooms, plus the upstairs loft. The sunsets are beautiful. Plenty of cookware, plates, bowls, towels, etc. Dock to hook up a boat, though you have to use public launch. Plenty of games, but we brought our own. A/C was wonderful since it got over 100 degrees. Cons: stairs going down to house and more stairs going down to beach. So loading/unloading is a work out. No railing , so bad knees you need to be careful. Would stay there again though, was awesome.

Great getaway for the family

We had 10 people plus 2 small dogs for our stay, grandparents, aunt and uncle, 3 cousins, mom and dad and daughter. So from 12 to mid-70s in age it was great for everyone. The layout of the house gave everyone space to sleep in their own areas, and the open kitchen and TV room meant everyone could hang out together inside or on the deck looking at the lake. The view is amazing and the dock was perfect for swimming and kayak / paddleboard riding. Cooking for all of us was easy for every meal with a well stocked kitchen and a BBQ on the deck. If we had one request it would be for a rail on the big staircase going down to the lake for easier access for grandparents. Otherwise it was perfect. Will definitely be booking again for next summer!
