• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.

• Due to the building regulations toward visitors, you are announced as personal guests of your host.

• For the security of our guests and our staff we have CCTV outside the building and in the common areas.

A great location. We spent a lot of time just walking from the apartment for dinners and pubs. A safe location for couples or families. As presented, the apartment was clean but simple.

The location was by far the highlight! So close to everything in the city and right in the hot spot of covent garden!!! Host was very responsive any time we needed anything or had any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Listing and pictures were extremely accurate. On vacation, we like to walk downstairs from where we are staying and be able to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. This location was perfect to do that. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, bars, the train, and even a gym that offers daily passes. The host responded to messages very quickly. Would love to stay again when we are in London.

We stayed at this beautiful and well appointed Covent Garden flat for 4 nights, after being on a 21-day vacation in Ireland and the UK. The living area, which is beautiful and roomy, is 1 flight of stairs up from the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own toilet/bathroom. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We did have some critiques. Be aware that to access units 2 and 3, you must climb 2 steep, winding flights of stairs, and there is no lift/elevator. There is also another flight of stairs within the unit, between the bedrooms and the living room/kitchen. This was definitely a challenge for us with heavy luggage. Also being American, how to work the electrical and appliances was not intuitive. A folder or notebook with instructions would have been helpful. With that being said we loved the flat, and would stay again, if we were on a shorter vacation, with lighter luggage. Thenk you for a wonderful stay.

Just got back from this location after spending four days there with my family. It was a fantastic place to stay very close to Covent Garden with all the activities and extremely convenient to any source of transportation needed. Everything was very clean and modern and we had a great time with our stay I would recommend this location to anyone visiting London.

Start training..climb your way to the top!

The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. Communication with the managers was wonderful. Once in the flat, it was pretty great! So close to Covent Garden and yet extremely quiet. It is the penthouse…and the only way to get there are lots of steps. Not a recommended choice for the elderly, physically disabled or anyone without good cardio. As promised, there is A/C, but only in the living room/kitchen (top floor). The bedrooms (lower level) do not have A/C…although fans did help to keep the rooms cool.

Great Location

Location is Great!! Two Bedrooms are Nice. The upstairs couch turns into bed and no window shades to block the light. Always an early morning if you sleep upstairs. Noise level is a little loud at night but we would stay again.

Great Location, Responsive Hosts

We were in town for a long weekend and enjoyed the Covent Garden neighborhood. Good restaurants and pubs with nearby underground transportation. The host was very helpful and very quick to respond. The apartment is great for two couples. The two bedrooms are comparable with attached bathrooms. There is even a half bath for guests.

London rental

Location is spectacular - close to covenant gardens and walkable to Trafalgar Square. Was clean and plenty of room. If traveling with a lot of luggage going up / down the stairs is difficult but would only be an issue if you can’t physically navigate it. Would recommend for a London visit near bars, restaurants and easy accessible to other tourists sites while being away from all the traffic. Host was very responsive.

nice stay

Stayed here for a work trip. Location is great. Off the beaten path but close enough to walk anywhere you want. There is construction next door, so the roads can be a little tight at times, but it wasn't loud. AC upstairs worked great to cool down the room if the sun it out
