This beautifully designed, cosy 2-bedroom apartment is full of character and charm! Natural light fills the living spaces, resulting in a bright and cheery place to relax. Perfect for a comfortable stay!

The apartment retains unique architectural character with exposed elegant columns and mouldings whilst complimenting our modern furniture.

With the MetQuarter, Liverpool ONE & Dock districts all within walking distance, this is the ideal place to explore all the delights of Liverpool.

The Space:

This cosy, beautiful apartment features a bright kitchen, modern appliances and all the essentials you need!

The living room has large arched windows that let in natural light and ventilation, giving a homely atmosphere and bearing a pleasant view of the main road for those who enjoy looking out onto the busy street.

Home truths:

**We like to be completely honest with our guests and although our apt. is beautiful, the communal areas are not managed by ourselves. We are in regular contact with the management company to keep them in good condition, but unfortunately, any repairs regarding the communal area are out of our control.**

The lift in the building will not be working during your stay due to pending repair.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive private access of the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

If you appreciate being in a central location, this apt. is the one for you!

Situated a short walk away from Liverpool's Met Quarter, Liverpool One, Liverpool Docks, and the famous Cavern Club, this apt. is nestled in the very core of Liverpool! If you are a Beatles fan, The Beatles Museum is just 3-minutes away from the apt. Alternatively, if you enjoy a film or two, visit the 'Everyman Theatre' just around the corner!

Pay a visit to the newly opened 'GPO Food Market' and enjoy various cuisines from around the globe, including Love Kimchi, Patty B's Burgers, Tang, Jailbird Chicken and many more! With so many options, there is something for everyone.

**The apartment is in a residential building with quiet and respectful neighbours, as a result we ask that all guests are the same. **

Getting Around:
As the apartment is so central, everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! However, if you wish to venture further afield, then there are plenty of excellent transport links with one of the biggest bus stations just outside the apartment building!

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

The check-in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late checkout will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift it is currently out of order and does not work. This is a building management issue but please note we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay as we do not manage the whole building**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours' notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 3 minute walk or 5 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
