This super-convenient apartment is in the centre of Les Houches, just 130 metres from the Prarion ski lifts. On the ground floor of a contemporary chalet-style residence, it sleeps up 4 people and makes a great base for a fabulous holiday, at any time of year.

The cosy living area has a sofa, wooden dresser and a flatscreen TV. The French window opens up directly onto the private terrace, where guests can relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy stunning mountain views. Back indoors, the open plan kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, raclette, drip coffee machine and fridge. There is a neat dining table for 4 people for relaxed meals.

The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
There is a bunk bed in the cosy hall way.

Location
On a quiet side road, in central Les Houches, this chalet is surrounded by a large shared garden and enjoys beautiful views of the mountains. The Prairon Cable Car is 130 meters away, making the chalet a convenient option for a ski break or for hiking in the summer months.

The town of Les Houches has much to offer visitors of all ages: mountain biking, mountaineering, white water rafting, tennis courts, swimming pools and, for even more excitement, there is the Addicted Adventure Park (11 minutes).

For self-catering, there are many supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities. The weekly market (Wednesday afternoon) at Le Pain du Chibon, Les Houches (8 minutes) allows visitors to buy directly from producers.

The nearest station for the Mont Blanc Express is Viaduc Sainte Marie (2 minutes drive), for an efficient rail service throughout the Chamonix Valley area, so visitors can easily explore the rest of the region, all the way up to Mont Blanc.

Central Chamonix is just 15 minutes’ drive away. Geneva airport is 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car.
