Cute and cosy 2 double bedroom Hove garden flat with en suite

A charming 2-bedroom garden flat in the heart of Poet's Corner in Hove. Bags of character, tastefully decorated, and with all the amenities you'd expect from a much-loved home. The flat is cosy and warm in the winter and bright and airy in the summer. It's handy for the beach, pubs, restaurants, cafés, green spaces, supermarkets, shops and transport links.

The space
The lounge and kitchen area are open-plan, with room to relax and watch TV from the spinning love seat or the sofa, which can also be made up as a double bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine together and there's room for 6 at the extending dining table. The master bedroom is large and light with a comfortable king bed, en suite shower, large chest of drawers, desk, monitor and ergonomic chair. The other bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe and small chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with a deep, comfortable bath and a rainfall shower. The sunny patio garden has recently had a complete makeover. There are some personal items in the flat as it's my home, but there is plenty of wardrobe and storage space for guests' belongings.

Guest access
The whole flat and garden is available for guests to use. The wardrobe and some cupboards in the main bedroom will be locked but there are chests of drawers in both bedrooms and a large empty wardrobe in the smaller bedroom.

If you are using the sofa bed in the lounge, please be aware that guests staying in the bedrooms will need to pass through the lounge to get to the bathroom.

Other things to note
Both beds have high quality mattresses and previous guests have commented on how well they have slept on them.

Cleaning and linen change can be arranged during longer stays at cost price to me.

The flat has super fast fibre broadband from Virgin and is suitable for working remotely.
